I hired Mr. Knapp to put in a new bathroom for me. He did the job and I paid him. I didn't realize that there was a leak from the hot water tap outside the bathtub (claw foot) that drips every couple of minutes. I informed him that there was a leak three times and each time he told me that he would come and repair it and never showed up. I suggest that if you hire him, to retain some money for a couple of weeks after the job is done to make sure that he has completed the job sufficiently since he wont come back to fix things he has overlooked.
