This company replaced my HVAC last year and have maintained it twice annually since then. I accepted their offer for a free plumbing checkup because my hot water heated is located in the attic and it had never been checked. As expected, the water hearer had rusted through. Three technicians came today, on time, and replaced my water heater. They were cordial, professional and friendly. I will certainly use this company again.

Not trustworthy. Comfortech installed a sub-pump for my mom. Her house continues to flood and she has since been ignored when she has asked Comfortech for assistance in making it right. I would not recommend.

Woke up to no hot water. They sent a plumber out at no cost because we have the service plan. (Everyone should have this!) anyways, turned out we had a bad breaker so they sent their electrician out. Austin was very prompt and explained it all. Only took a short time to fix and we were back with hot water. I have never had a bad experience with comfortech.

My air went out at 3am Saturday morning. I called and SOMEONE ANSWERED! Not only did they answer in the middle of the night, she got me an appointment between 10am-12 the same day. The technicians Monterius and Billy arrived at 9! They installed a completely new unit inside and out, and was finished by 3:30pm! They were awesomeeee! My air has been blowing effortlessly since.

Very dissatisfied customer! I chose comfortech because they had a coupon on their website to wave the initial consultation fee. I own a rental property and my tenants were living in the heat. I intended to fix the air conditioning as soon as possible for their comfort. I initially scheduled the technician to come out. He told me I needed a new unit and he would have to get the sales guy to call me. The initial part was good service. However, the following part makes me a dissatisfied customer. The sales guy called me back that evening. He told me I would need to schedule for him to come out as well to look at the unit and """"sell"""" me the new unit. He stated he came out however the renter never saw him. When he called me he told me no one was home and he was only able to look at the outside unit. On the phone he stated that would not be an issue and he could get me what I needed. He stated he was driving and would call me back. He never called back. I made a return phone call the next day trying to get my renter comfortable in a timely manner. He answered and stated he would have to call me back. He never returned my phone call. I had to pay another consultation fee with another company to get them to come out in a timely manner. This company would not refund my initial """"consultation fee"""". They are all about money and not about their customer satisfaction. They told me it was my job to call the office if I didn't hear back from the seller. I'm sorry, but I should not have to beg for your business.

Presently, 12 days since original request for service. False advertisement for purchase of service. It is totally unaccepted. Stephen has tried very hard. Repair still unfinished. No HVAC for 12 days is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.Unable to provide specific service in a timely manner. This company is awesome. On time, professional, courteous, very nice all around from Max the service tech, to Allen the salesman, to Justin the installation guy and his helper. Proficient and cleaned up when they were done. Love absolutely love our new unit!!!!!

No one wants to hear my a/c freezing up story, so I'll skip to the meaty parts. First, these folks have a super nice guy that answers the phone (every time I have called, I have gotten the same person). He was helpful when I called and quickly scheduled my appointment. I was surprised that they were able to come out the same day! Not only the same day, but in a matter of hours they were out there to just do two tuneups. The service tech they sent out was very nice and gave me a pretty fair assessment of the system. On my asking, they sent out a sales guy the next day to quote me on a new system. As most sales people should be, he was also very nice. They present a great folder with before and after photos. They also offer a lot of nice guarantees and services with a new install. I won't get into the prices of the systems quoted, but anything A/C related costs quite a bit. This cost is where they lost two stars. One star was lost for having a much, much higher price for R22 than anyone else I contacted. The second star was lost for the way """"coupons"""" are handled. They have some decent coupons on their website, but those have to be presented to the tech at the time of service, not when you call in to pay your bill (mine was double what I expected). I've run several different billing systems and none of them are really, ever final. Also, a tuneup is much less than I expected as it basically entails them checking a few of the key components and then hosing out the coils on the units outside. I can't really knock a star off for that though because it seems that it is par for the course in the A/C world.

My initial review of this company was good, but I have since found that the technician who serviced my heater lied to me. He assured me (not once but twice) that he did tape a connection that was open where the heating ducts connect to the heater (or something like that). I went into the attic several days later and found that he had not done anything! I can not tolerate service persons lying to me. I lose all trust in them and the company. Ultimately a bad experience.

Called comfort tech because my heat wouldn't go on but my air still worked. 2 men came and one worked on it for quite awhile compared to how long they usually stay. The next thing I know they ask me if I have a fire extinguisher and go running to their truck to get one. Smoke coming up thru my vents. I am then told it has to be replaced because now my unit is completely ruined and wont even run my air. I knew my system was older but it still ran my air. So even if I had no heat here in Mississippi that's not a big problem. So because now my system is totally ruined I get a FREE service call. """"Gee that's Great""""! I call the office and am talked down too by some pompous guy who states. """"I know this is what you want to hear but your system was old. You got a free service call."""" I had dealt with these guys several times in the past but never again.
