I had someone come over at 8pm, or so, to fix a plumbing issue. It was going to cost $160 because of it being after hours. They came over, didn't get the issue fixed and told me they think it's on the cities end (sewer main). I called the city and long story short, it wasn't. I called comfort zone back and told them the city found no issues. They told me, for a charge, they'd come back out. I told them if they were going to charge me that I would find someone else since they were the ones who couldn't fix it in the first place. A little later they called me back and said they were not going to charge the $160 to me but that they also were not going to continue business with me. Long story short, they're childish and they don't know how to run a business. I suggest you take yours to someone else if looking for a plumber.
