Comfort Zone Mechanical was able to troubleshoot the problem and pinpoint EXACTLY what was wrong with the system by following the current and trusting a hunch. It turned out that the problem was a faulty thermostat, which he fixed by manually rewiring it. Now we're cool and comfortable! The tech was friendly, personable, thorough, and very knowledgeable.
