Comfort Walk In Tubs

I don't know who you are Elleen T. to bad mouth to this company. I have walk in tub installed by
comfort walk-in tub plus some friend I referred to this company and never heard any complained about mr. newman he help other's with installment plan without additional financing. The same price I bought, He never have a showroom ever since and he will tell you that the Jordan address is just a P.O box his showroom is in Milwood. What's wrong with you people maybe your one of the competitors of him.

I am in my 70s and this has been hands down the worst customer service experience I have ever had in my lifetime

I ordered the tub in August 2012 and when it arrived it was not as advertised nor as specified. When I demanded that they take it back, they would not.

Happily I had charged it on a VISA credit card, so I disputed the charge. It took 5 months and lots of documentation and photos but VISA ended up supporting my case. The vendor took another month before they contacted me to arrange shipment (at their expense) and they were not happy to learn that I had cut the straps on the shipping carton. Helllooo! How did they expect me to follow their instructions to ""immediately inspect the tub upon arrival""?

It is now six months since the order was initially placed and the tub remains in my garage, thank goodness I never had to lay out a penny on my VISA Charge!

Apparently the old adage of you get what you pay for is true. My second purchase cost quite a bit more but it was installed within a couple of weeks and works great plus the customer service experience was wonderful

I certainly would not recommend Comfort Walk in Tubs to anyone.
