Five out of five! I called and Crystal was able to send out Jacob the same day during a busy heatwave! Only $100 for service call. I was really worried about the cost but Jacob found a simple wiring problem and fixed it fast. It was super affordable. Many thanks to Comfort Time heating and cooling. Would definitely recommend!

I had them come out to do a general service of my heating and AC systems. Jacob was the technician that was dispatched to my home this last Thursday. I am a technical support Manager for the past 24 years dealing with packaging machinery. So I alway pay attention to any technical people I encounter. I was very impressed with Jacob. His customer service skills were exceptional. I could tell that he had a very strong work ethic. He answered all my questions politely. I spoke with one of the owners and I told her to take care of Jacob because he is a great employee.

Jacob came out to do routine maintenance on our HVAC system. He was on time, friendly, wore a mask and shoe covers in the house, performed a thorough inspection of our system, adjusted the dampers on our ducts, cleaned our condenser coil, and made a recommendation for a preventative repair that would keep our system running smoothly. Thanks to Comfort Time, we rarely need to call for HVAC service, but when we do, they're responsive and affordable!

He was here about 15 minutes and explained everything to me about the main parts and how they were working. I am very happy with their service.

I was referred to Angel Muro of Comfort Time years ago. You won't find a more honest AC/Heating business owner. Angel's crew did great duct work in my home and Angel has personally fixed my AC issues in the past. Angel's rates are more than reasonable. I highly recommend him.

I can't say enough about this company, I know there are many AC companies out there but we are very happy with our choice. This is a great example of someone getting what they paid for, I definitely feel we got our money's worth through the clean installation. Aaron helped us with this from beginning to end and was very professional and knowledgeable.

The rest of Aaron's team was also very professional. Manuel, Eduardo, and Kevin were very clean and professional about everything they did in our home. I give a lot of credit to the ownership and the way they run their business, you guys are good people.

My house has never has never had air conditioning before. Summers have always been hot in the SFV, and I finally got tired of it. I had Angel and his crew install central air conditioning in anticipation of the upcoming summer. The process took a few days, but it was worth it. The techs sent out were very professional and willing to answer any questions my dad or I had about the unit. By the end they showed me how to operate the thermostat and demonstrated that it worked before leaving. I was very happy with the experience, and I'm sure this summer will be a lot more enjoyable now.

Had Aaron and Jose out to my shop today to fix our AC that has been not working since September due to bad coils that were on back order from York. One of their other Guys came out (can't remember his name ) he diagnosed the problem, called his York rep and had the part ordered in a matter of minutes. Then a few days later Aaron and Jose came out and went to work getting us fixed up. They showed up right on time and were super friendly. I showed them how to get up on the roof and that was the last I saw of them until they were finished. A few short hours later they had installed my new coils and now we are ready for the hot months. I can't thank Angel (the owner) and his amazing crew enough!!! We can now put all the ice packs away. Thanks again guys!!!
