After repeatedly finding no willing or able help among many companies, due, apparently, to a month-long heat wave, and a weekend without my AC, I found Temp Right to be altogether professional, courteous, and prompt with Pam and Julie on a busy Monday afternoon. Service technician Andy arrived shortly, and found the problem with my outdoor condenser at once, departed briefly to acquire the necessary part, and returned to get my AC running, good as new, in minutes! The charges were reasonable, I thought, as I would have gladly paid much more to get such good service. Glad to know I now have a reliable and honest service contact in case of future need, and I'd happily recommend Temp Right Service to any friend or neighbor.

I contacted the owner in April 2018 regarding the issue, he agrees to credit the whole bill.

Another company (Garden City) told me I needed an Electrician to fix my Coleman Furnace. The service man, Andy was very professional & courteous. Only reason I did not give 5 stars is because I think charging $85 just for coming out and not taking it off the bill if they do the repair seems a bit heavy-handed. Also seems the charge for the part was a bit high. But, overall I am satisfied.

Dave and Brandon came to our home and rescued us from a horrible situation. The rental we moved to was built in the 60s/70s and can you believe they Never cleaned out the vents? Needless to say, when we turned the heat on, once the weather started getting colder, we were in trouble; mostly our lungs. These two gentlemen came in and were very communicative and kind. They put their heart in their work which made them more thorough then others and they did a terrific job. I'd recommend them anytime.

I am the property manager for a homeowner in Missoula. I called Temp Right for an annual maintenance check due to the sticker on the AC unit. The tech arrived right on time and was very friendly and professional. When he left he asked for payment and I asked if they could bill the homeowner directly. He thought they could do that and then left.

Then the Temp Right phone calls started. Pam [a bookkeeper?] started out quite testy as though we [the homeowner and I] were trying to get away without paying. She left an edgy phone message and when I called back she said she wanted the homeowner to call with his credit card number and that ""we expect payment at the time of service"". I think this is an excellent business practice AND reminded her that the driver was the one who started this ball rolling. I left a message with the homeowner who, unfortunately, did not call Pam with his credit card number but asked for a bill to be sent. This put Pam in Junk Yard Dog mode. She called me again and said, ""Due to nonpayment I have sent this account to our Comptroller who will mark it as No More Service Until Paid!"". Way to encourage return business, Pam! Thank goodness there's Garden City Plumbing and Heating.

I called over the weekend about our broken furnace. They promised us a repairman for our furnace first thing this morning. They called at 8:14 and said they'd have a dispatcher call ASAP. At 2:15 they finally called and said they'd send someone over soon. Well, we arranged for my wife to be available this morning, but not all day. I told the dispatcher we had arranged for someone to be home when they'd originally said they'd be at the house, but now we had to work and could be available at 4:00. She sounded as if I'd just slapped her and said if I wasn't ready now, they wouldn't have anyone until Wednesday at the earliest. I called Garden City Plumbing & Heating and they were very nice, their rates are lower, and she said they'd have someone at the house between 8:00-9:00 tomorrow morning.

Temp Wrong installed a control switch on my furnace. They charged me $252.00 for a part that could be bought online for as little as $75.00. The most expensive I could find it was $118.00. When confronted with this, the manager's only explanation was they mark steaks up in a restaurant. If you are ok with a mark up of over 100% on parts these are the guys for you!

I was stuck using temp right Missoula through a real estate company when I bought my house. The installers did a fine job and showed up on time, but the people in the office are a pain in the ass to deal with. It took a month of me calling and jumping through hoops to even be put on the schedule. The guy I had to deal with in the office wasn't very polite or easy to talk to or get a hold of. Everything has to go along with the corporate policy of temp right, it's was very annoying and I would recommend using a local company that understands how local life works to avoid the national cookie cutter policy. If I had had a choice I would have used a different hvac company after the first time I talked to temp right. I don't know if they didn't care about how they treated me as a customer because they knew I was stuck using them or what. I would not recommend using them to anyone.

I am a contractor here in town and Temp Right is always my first call when I need help with any HVAC or plumbing on my projects. Josh and Ray are great at getting me complete competitive estimates and executing the work. Our clients always appreciate that we work with such professional and competent company.
Most recently we had Temp Right help us with a repair to our buildings A/C unit, they had the inspection completed and a estimate for us quickly so we could make a decision how to proceed.
If you want the work completed correctly the first time call these guys.

I contracted with TempRight to replace our old furnace in Jan 2015, after getting a total of 4 estimates. TempRight's estimated for 3 Carrier furnace models. The middle estimate was mid-range of the estimates from the other firms. John Jenkins, the TempRight estimator/salesman impressed us as competent and helpful. Dave, the installer, assisteted by Andrew, was competent and hard working. After removing the old furnace, Dave called in the requirements for new sheet metal to their shop. He installed the new thermostat (including a new cable) while he waited for delivery of the sheet metal. When Andrew arrived with the sheet metal, they worked together to install the new furnace. The entire install took ~8 hours. The new furnace functions perfectly. I really like the new high efficiency 2-stage Carrier furnace. It works flawlessly, and is practically silent when operating in the low range (which is all the time, except for early morning warm-up). We had one concern about closing the blower access panel. TempRight responded quickly and solved the problem.
