We have had great service with this company. We had some leaky toilets and they put in a couple beautiful new ones and they fixed a few other things too. Very professional, knowledgable and efficient. Very happy!

I had the water heater replaced once the tech left after the install there was water leaking from the pipe he replaced called them back they came and fixed the issue and surprisingly there was a bill for the fixed the issue they create . file a complain with distinct court and they agreed to pay half of the repair bill they charged from me

I called their 24 hour line around midnight, and was transferred by the dispatcher to a tech. The tech said he was too tired to complete any more work that evening. It was late, so when he said they would call me back around 7:30 am in the morning to send someone out when they open up at 8 am, that was fine. Plus, I would be avoiding the overtime charges. The call comes in, they said they need to setup my account before they can send someone out, seems reasonable, but they had all my information that was given to dispatch the night before. At this point I'm still thinking that someone is on their way. I get a another call 12:49 pm, they are calling me to put me on the schedule for this afternoon if I'm willing to pay overtime rates, even though it would be scheduled during normal business hours. This call supremely irritated me, because I had not gone to work because I was led to believe that a tech was going to already be out this morning when they opened. Now, I find out they don't have a time for me yet, and no matter what they are going to charge me overtime rates. I asked for the boss, Brett the boss said you should have scheduled with all the other companies and cancel the others when the first one arrives. Since I wasn't on another companies schedule I really wanted him to make this right by at least guaranteeing me a time this afternoon. He would not do that. So made the mistake of expecting them to show up. I didn't realize that one is expected to make appointments with all the HVAC companies in Wichita and take whoever shows up first. Now I missed work and still have no AC, and still am not on any companies schedule. They price gouge charging OT rates all day if you want to agree to get on the schedule in the next week after being led to believe they would be out already that morning. Lesson learned: schedule appointments with as many companies as you can find and cancel after one show up. -- not how I do business but it is what they expect.

My family (who lives in the Wichita area and doesn't use Yelp) used this company to have some work done on their systems. When the tech finished the work and left he ran his van over the bricks lining the driveway, causing significant and costly damage. Of course, he drove off, and then denied it after his management was contacted.
With this kind of integrity I can only imagine what might happen INSIDE your home...
