We paid a lot to have extra duct work done, and have an AC and heater put in. Unfortunately, it wasn't done very well. They left huge holes in our ceiling where they cut the vents out in the wrong places and then moved them. The thermostat was the same thing. They took out a shelf in our closet to make the new ducts run through the closet which was fine, but they left the shelf, insulation, and wood trimmings all in the carpet. They told us they would install a vent on the main floor o the house and forgot, When I got a supervisor back out here he told me it would be an additional fee to do it. They quoted us 2-3 days to do the work, it took over 2 weeks of them coming back out to fix things and nothing was ever done correctly. The guy who gave us the quote told me they would re-finish the walls for the amount he quoted me but the team told me they do not do sheetrock work and that nothing would be refinished AFTER they did all the work. I have holes in my garage, daughter's bedroom, my bedroom, and our laundry room where they just left the walls open. Because they did not install a single vent on the main floor as they told me they would the main floor is always blistering hot in the summer and cold in the winter, so the entire system basically does one floor of our house. Nothing was what they told me it would be. The supervisor and techs all told me we'd need to have our windows re-done to see the difference, so we did. $13,000 on that too and there's no cooling or heating on our main floor. While the windows are fantastic, look great and do help stabilize the temperature I could have done that much without Comfort Solutions. I am so disappointed in their work, and attitude about fixing the issues they never addressed with the installation. Had the supervisor out three times and finally gave up. Last note one of the techs working on the installation kept asking if he could have things out of my home. I was extremely nervous to let him work in my house without watching him. It was a horrible experience all the way around.

So happy with Comfort Solutions! Best experiences with the whole team of Aaron, Philip, and Dylan. Got the correct size this time new ac system, furnace, air purifier, and humidifier. Had been burned by a previous company that charged a lot of money to fix the ac, which lasted only one day. We are so grateful for Comfort Solutions. Excellent work and customer service. We just bought a fireplace from Comfort Solutions. They installed it today and its working like a charm. We didnt think we would be able to do vented as it is in our basement and we would have to difficulty through concrete to get the vent out. When rep Dave came out the first day he was honest with us and also helped us save money. Our installer Paul H. was awesome and very efficient. He was here alone and did all the finishing touches to framing, ran the gas line, set up the thermostat, and installed the fireplace with instruction and answering questions along the way. Paul made sure everything was working correctly and made sure I understood how to adjust and control the settings. He also was able to vent it out back with no problem which will help make the air fresher inside. We are excited and say thanks to a great team who are extremely efficient and trustworthy. I would recommend them to anyone and i do recommend them. Thanks!

Rich came to service a fireplace and furnace that I had concerns about. I was a bit frustrated to have to pay for them to drive up to PC at first, but what I paid was well worth the service I got. Will use them again.

2 years ago I wrote an excellent review. The heater that they put in almost blew up. I'm selling my house and must replace a heating unit that I purchase only 2 treats from ComfortvSolution.. Since I didn't have the warranty they can't do anything about it when I called them.

Robert and Jamie from Comfort Solutions are professionals and honest. They can after we had experienced Soddy work from another company in Utah County. Our old Goodman Firnace, cheapest in the industry, went out two years ago. It had been repaired several times, two new circuit boards, a new fan and three heat sinks and a high temp switch. When pricing a replacement we found Comfort Solutions to be quite affordable with quality equipment.

Have been Hartman customer for years. First time contracted Comfort Solutions for a new furnace since Hartman was bought out. So far, the experience is good and smooth. Juan and his partner installed the equipment and clean the site, explained the operation of new thermostat. So far so good.

We used to use Hartman Heating & Air who were an amazing company to deal with but who has since been bought by Comfort Solutions. I needed some new wiring for my thermostat. They told me they would send someone over with a quote. However, after listening to me tell the same thing to the operator, the technician said he needed to charge me 79$, after giving me a quote for approx. 700$ without fixing the holes in the wall. I was able to have ALL of the work done by a licensed electrician for less than 200$ and he fixed the holes in the wall. I can safely say I will never be calling them again.

What a horrible experience with this company. Bought a system and is less than a year old. They've been out 6 times to fix it and still doesn't work! Keep getting the blame game within and no one owning up to fix the problem. It's been 2 days of outage and the guy shows up on a Friday after 5 PM. What a joke! Horrible customer service and horrible products!

Do not use Comfort Solutions Utah or Robert Love Heating and Air Conditioning! I had them replace my furnace blower motor. I was charged $626. They used a generic motor which costs $125. Included in the total was a $79 service cost and a $5 miscellaneous fee. The service technician was at my house for less than an hour. So $626-$125-$79-$5=$417. I was charged $417 per hours for labor. After the repair, my furnace fan would not come on using the thermostat fan switch. I also found that they had taped over the fan safety interlock on the furnace cabinet and left the tape on. I called the service manger and complained about the quality of service and cost. The only compensation I got was that the technician returned 10 days later and fixed the problem. Also, the technician still left the tape on the safety interlock switch the second time.
Do not use Comfort Solutions Utah or Robert Love Heating and Air Conditioning (who merged with Comfort Solutions). They grossly over charge and do poor quality work.
