$200 last year to come on site for a faulty valve control for my sprinkler system. Doesn't fix it, instead just tightens the relief valve and calls it good. When I call back this year because it's leaking even worse due to the control valve, they want to charge another $220 just to step on site for what they didn't fix the last time. Such a ripoff and doesn't stand behind their previous ""work"". Go elsewhere!!

Add years to your life and take a HARD pass on this company. Deceptive company name imo, we got neither, we got lack of accountability and excuses. I believe the owner, Kory Gassman, to be dishonest and unethical... My detailed review of our experience is on their fb page. It's wordy, summary isn't my gift. Update: The same day i write this review and refer people to my review if interested, on their company fb page the review section of their page disappears.......curious~

We have a 10 year old Rinnai Tankless Hot Water Heater. According to Rinnai customer service it is still under warranty. The technician came to look at the heater as we are experiencing moments of pure cold water in the middle of showers or washing dishes. This only lasts for 2-5 minutes and resolves. Before the technician even got downstairs to look at the unit he was already telling me it probably had to be replaced. * never received receipt of payment * technician never evaluated my unit fully, he just pulled the fan. * technician told me what was wrong BEFORE ever seeing the unit. * technician said the fan ""could maybe"" be the problem, or the heat exchanger. He didn't have parts or tools to evaluate the heat exchanger. * technician told me the gasket parts were very hard to get from Rinnai. (not true) * technician didn't back out of the unit correctly or check proper operation of the unit after he was in the panel, which is standard practice for any maintenance. * The office didn't care that my unit was not working due to the technician's ineptitude, and there was no offer to try to at least get some telephone help. * The technician told me the gasket parts were very hard to get from Rinnai. (not true) * After tech left, our unit was not working AT ALL. He had left wires unconnected in the panel. * The secretary who told me when I called about the unit not working after tech ""worked"" on it said she was ""NOT a technician"" and couldn't help me. That didn't stop her from telling me all about how it's better to ""replace the whole unit than just keep changing parts."" * There was no attempt made to get me in touch with customer service in order to discuss my concerns and a refund as requested. * Owner never returned my phone call. Receptionist called instead, refused refund (did say they would drop the extra half hour of labor he charged us.

Well, how do you review a business that shows up, but then over charges the crap out of you, won't give you any documentation or even a receipt???
Kind of an odd paradox.
Heat was out. Appointment made and kept during regular business hours.
$199 for an at most 30 minute appointment... without heat being restored.
In the end, they verbally quote $900 for a gas valve... or $16k to replace the entire system, ducts, and radiators.
We have yet to receive ANY written documentation... despite the multiple requests.
No receipt for the $199 service call/credit card charge
No diagnosis/service record.
No written quote/proposal for full replacement OR repair.
Nothing.
I'm hard pressed to give more then one star.... Just showing up isn't good enough....
$199 seems incredibly high, but could be easily justifiable with a simple written invoice explaining the charges... if we'd gotten one....

This company wants you to buy a new AC. No matter what your issue is the resolution is to buy a whole new system. Those big beautiful trucks and signs on 93 cost money. You may be paying for them if you invite this firm to repair your AC. Buyer Beware. Get a second opinion.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!
They are unethical and ridiculously expensive. They talk and talk about what to do and don't do it. Send multiple guys when one could do the job and then bill you.

We contracted Comfort Solutions to advise us on a geothermal heating system in a home we were contracted to purchase. Specifically, we retained them to inform us how to operate heating system, identify any service issues and, if required, advise us the required maintenance or replacement costs (once we closed on the home).
Two separate inspections were carried out by Comfort Solutions. The first was January 5 and the second on January 11. After failing to show up at the agreed time on Monday, January 5, we called CS and were advised the technician was running several hours late. There was no attempt to contact us regarding the delay. When he did show up later that day, he reviewed how to operate the system, but confessed he did not come prepared to inspect or perform any sort of maintenance. He did advise that CS had made multiple trips to the home over the past 4 years and had been instructed by the home owner to do the minimum to keep the system working. He also advised, that given the age of the system (20+ years) and the lack of routine maintenance, it was not in good shape.
After the initial visit, I spoke to CS's owner, Kory, who confirmed that his company had made 8 visits in the past 4 years, that the home owners did indeed forego needed repairs, that the monthly electric bills were exceedingly high (in the range of $300 per month year round) and likely indicative of a less than fully functional geothermal heating system. He also offered that the ground loop may be compromised. From our discussions, it was clear the geothermal heating system was not functioning properly and, in fact, was operating simply as an electric heater.
During the second visit on January 11, the technician advised me that the compressor was not working properly, the electronics showed signs of wear and agreed that the geothermal portion of the system was not functioning properly. While he could not ascertain the condition of the ground loop, he did suggest the system probably needed to be replaced. Prior to departing the home on Monday, January 11, the technician advised he would summarize his findings in a report to us (buyers).
On Wednesday, January 13, we were advised by our real estate agent that the seller's agent had made direct contact with Comfort Solutions. The technician from the January 11 visit provided an email to the buyer's agent stating the heating system was functioning properly. Aside from being diametrically opposite what we were advised on Monday, at no point did CS advise us they were in contact with the owner's agent, provide us the information they shared with the owner's agent, or, for that matter, provide us a written report on their findings as they promised.
At no point did either of the two technicians or the company owner ever suggest to me that the heating system was working properly. Despite multiple emails and phone calls to CS during Wednesday through Friday, January 13-15 no one spoken to us about the information shared with the seller's agent or, for that matter, why we were told the system was not functioning properly (and, even needed to be replaced) and the seller's agent was told something else.
As a result of the technician's email to the owner's real estate agent, our request for a credit to replace the heating system was rejected and the contract to purchase cancelled. We lost the opportunity to purchase our home first and foremost due to, what I believe to be, unethical behavior by CS.

We recently called comfort solutions to schedule a repair call for a hot tub. After a, get this! pre pay of 100 bucks for a tech to come out to trouble shoot it. The tech showed showed up and said that parts would ""need to be researched and quoted"" and that we would get a call the next day. Well! a week later we called to try and follow up. We were told that they ""couldn't find parts"". A call would have been nice. We told them that we were facing very cold weather soon and that we needed to do something because it couldn't be run . We were told that they would come out the next day and winterize it. By the end of the next day they didn't show up so we called and we were told that they ""didn't have time"" they told us at that time that they""could come next week"" this would be a week after single digits. A courtesy call would have been normal customer service. Very poor service, we put trust in a company that didn't take any effort to communicate anything. Now we are facing serious expensive damage because we were lead on to think that they would help. After 50 years we know allot of people. No one will be getting any referrals from us. I have been in service before and would have done everything I could do to help the customer.
Absolutely no recommendation from us.

October 6, 2020 ....The worst attitude , professionalism and personal greed .. I'm speaking of the Owner of Comfort Solutions .. Kory . Kory is always ready to take a call set up appointment

Through another worker , kory will not repair the hole in my floor which was drilled by his workers , condensation from the Heater that I bought from Kory ! Is leaking water underneath my floor space underneath the house ! I have a small pool under house .!! Can you believe Kory won't fix the leak , but wants to charge me money for a call ! Do not use him Ever .. please tell your friends to spare them grief ,
stress and disbelief ! That kory does not care about me as a customer!! Or the problems that I am left with due to his crews incompetence !! M Y

Run away from this company! Multiple calls to get a call back! Un-needed repairs, 3 to 5 times the price of other quality plumbers. Couldn't get parts. After 2 months I ordered part and installed in less than 1 hour! Save yourself hassle and call anyone else!
