Horrible company! They have the worst customer service in the area and everyone I have spoken with, who have used them in the past, have told me they have had nothing but problems with this company. Those answering the phone are extremely rude. I wish I knew about the reviews before I had them install all new heating and cooling appliances. Since the install, it has been nothing but problems. Now, not only have they refused to honor the warranty (i.e. unless I agree in advance to cover additional expenses they will tack on later), they also tried to convince my husband (i.e. without leaving the store), the problems with my appliances (i.e. I've only had them three years) are due to wear and tear. Now they have refused to honor my warranty and it's the winter and the furnace is not working. That was not even the start of it...the initial install of my appliances was done incorrectly, causing an odor to spread throughout my home. It cost me a great deal out of pocket to identify and then fix the issue and they still charged me 200.00 and it was all their error from the very beginning! They are scammers! Do not go with his company!!!
