We had a very frustrating time with this plumbing company replacing our water heater. We found them to be disorganized when it came to scheduling, and found that they had a difficult time answering basic questions about our installation (I wanted the exact model of our new electric heater - and they couldn't seem to figure it out. They gave me the model number for a gas heater and I had to point out to them that the number was obviously not correct). When we finally got the new heater put in, the recirculation pump was put back incorrectly. First, they tried to tell me that it couldn't possibly be on backwards. Then, it took multiple calls because they kept telling me they'd send someone out/call me back. I cleared my schedule and waited - no one showed up, no one called to communicate anything. When they FINALLY they sent someone out - guess what! - the pump was on backwards.

Comfort Plumbing was at our home yesterday. This is the third time we have used their services and, once again, we found them to be prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly, fair. It was discovered in a termite inspection that our hall bathroom tub had never been hooked up to a drain. Within fifteen minutes of assessing the problem, we were hooked up and good to go. I cannot say enough good things about this company and their service. I recommend them highly.

I had an old leaky saddle valve under my sink that I tried to seal off myself. I realized it was a temporary option and decided to call Comfort Plumbing. Cathy was very friendly, smart and upfront on costs. They also offer free estimates. The repair itself was a much better and permanent solution, I can breathe easy that the new ball valve will not leak. I highly recommend calling Comfort for any of your plumbing needs.

A new garbage disposal...leaky faucets...and a new faucet - I relied on Comfort every time, and each experience was positive. Personable pros who keep their word. They arrive on time. Recently my water heater started leaking. With Cathy's patient help we decided on the right type and model for replacement. Allen came to my house after digging his truck out of 3 feet of snow (early March 2023). Allen is a strong young man and he wrestled the new water heater into an extremely difficult place. I was very impressed with his skill and thoroughness with which he installed and tested the new unit. I'm a happy camper.

Comfort Plumbing definitely deserves their 5 star reviews. I had them come out for a toilet repair and a PRV replacement and Matt went above and beyond both times. He offered several options and recommended the best for me. Everything was taken care of professionally and I was happy with the results. Cathy was also very helpful coordinating scheduling and payments. I will definitely be using Comfort Plumbing for all my future plumbing needs.
