2 weeks ago we had a leak in the plumbing under our house. Comfort Plumbing Systems came out the next day to repair it, and suggested that we do a whole house re-pipe. I knew such repairs were due, but wanted to put the job off until the COVID-19 scare had passed. But with Nevada County's numbers getting worse by the day I decided to go ahead with the work. Zak and Allen came out and did the entire job in one day. They were clean, neat, and thorough as they worked as efficiently as a well-oiled machine. I mainly appreciated the fact that they were very accommodating as to how I wanted my sheetrock breached so the drywall repairs would be simple and affordable. All I can say, is that I'm extremely satisfied and glad to have that job behind us. I'm also happy to recommend Comfort Plumbing for your repairs.

I must say, I am very very impressed with Comfort Plumbing Systems. I live in Grass Valley, and unfortunately my sewer got clogged on the day I had visitors coming to stay! I called Comfort Plumbing Systems explaining my situation...they were booked fully for that day and the next, but said they would try to squeeze me in somewhere. They communicated throughout the day updating me as to a possible time they could come. Somehow they were able to send someone over the same day...he spent time working on it, and found that a jetter was needed to clear the clog. So, another person was sent out with the equipment needed, and the work was completed the same day! They did an excellent job...very professional and knowledgeable...and cleaned up everything neatly before leaving. Wow...above and beyond service! I will definitely use them again if needed, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to all my friends.

I recently hired Comfort Plumbing to install a gas line for a new range in a Grass Valley house. They were immediately responsive to my request to first check out the house to make sure this could be done, and then the town faced a week or so of power shutdowns. Rhett went ahead and installed the gas line as scheduled and returned soon after the shutdown ended to complete the electric work still to be done. He ended up doing a few tasks that the delivery team was to do, and we are very happy with the end result. From beginning to end, the office staff (Cathy) was responsive, understanding, efficient, and reliably communicative as we went through the ups and downs of this particular week of inconveniences for all.

We called Comfort based on high Yelp reviews. Our water heater was not working. Initially, over the phone, Rhett described how to push the reset button. That solution did not work, but we appreciated the effort to try something simple before coming out and charging us. As it turned out, the water heater had a leak and needed to be replaced. Zach did the replacement job. He was friendly, efficient, and all is well with the new water heater. Coincidentally, a relative in Southern California recently had her water heater replaced and the cost was similar to what Comfort charged, leading us believe its charges are reasonable.

We had a complicated problem with a Noritz tankless hot water heater. It was a situation where the unit worked for awhile and then would stop working. Service was fast, friendly, professional and the unit was fixed in a couple visits. Parts had to be ordered; thus the two visits. So this is a professional reliable company you can count on to fix your plumbing problem.
