Tino was friendly and extremely professional. He listened to my concern and found the small issue. He took the time to explain it to me and fixed it. He cleaned out both units and showed us pictures of the work he did. We highly recommend comfort air and Tino was awesome ! The Sanders family

Our AC unit died on a Saturday night during a heat run on July 1st. With the holiday just days away we worried it'd be days before we could even get someone out to address the issue. Our unit was 20 years old and we knew it was done. Sunday morning phone calls went out and the only response was from Comfort Now. Monday morning a specialist came to access what needed to be done, offered numerous solutions and a replacement plan was agreed on. Tuesday was the holiday and on Wednesday morning a full crew
arrived and installed a whole new unit. The system works great and it's quiet so no more halted backyard conversations due to a noisy unit blocking out sound. Thank you Comfort Now, we're very pleased.

So I'll start off with the positive I guess...response time was great only 2 days and a tech was there to diagnose our issue, also appreciate the picture text of the tech that was coming to our house, who took Covid-19 precautions. But unfortunately that's all I can say good about this company, Our AC was not blowing hot air and the unit itself was making a weird sound when turned on, We received a quote for nearly $4,500 which was not even the case fortunately I was able to get another quote and only pay 300$ for fan blades and not nearly 5k for a new compressor and other issues. Our unit is only 2yrs old. I would not recommend this company.

I interviewed 2 other companies prior to Comfort NOW so I was pleasantly surprised at the level of their customer service. This review covers the initial visit to obtain an estimate. I called late in the afternoon on Monday requesting an estimate. They were able to schedule me for a Tuesday noon. I was texted Tuesday morning confirming my appt, the agent called me to let me know he was on his way (20 min out), his call was followed up by a text message letting me know he was on his way and a picture of the agent was sent for ID verification. The agent wore a mast and shoe coverings during his entire visit. He explained what he was going to do and what I could expect during his visit. The agent was very polite and professional. He did an inspection on the roof and in the attic as he had previously explained.
Once he was done with his inspection he sat down and showed me the pictures of his findings both on the roof and in the attic and meticulously explained in great detail what I was looking at, their function and his recommendations.
He provided me with information about the company, my options if I were to chose Comfort NOW, my options for a new unit, cost, earliest date they wereand finance options.
Due to their professionalism and customer service, I signed a contract and have hired Comfort NOW to install a new AC unit.

**UPDATE**
New AC unit installed and I'm thrilled with the professionalism of all 3 gentlemen that did the install. I was sent a text message with a picture of the technicians doing the install and approximate time of arrival. They arrived at 8:00AM introduced themselves, reviewed what they would be doing and what I could expect and timeline. Tarps were laid down inside since the had to access the attic.
When work was completed I was shown pictures of everything they did, reviewed the check off list, they vacuumed all my carpets, cleaned up all debris, showed me how to operate the new thermostat and gave me the opportunity to ask questions, voice concerns etc.
I was contacted later in the evening via text asking if I was satisfied with the work completed. Contacted the day after to see if I had any questions.
Customer service is really awesome, you can't go wrong with this team.

Our experience with this company has been amazing from start to finish! First my husband is at home depot and scheduled a estimate on a new HVAC system they come out the following week and let me tell you the technician Israel was amazing like so amazing that guy deserves a raise he checked everything and made sure we knew all the info as far as what size unit we need for our house and he explained everything in such simple terms even me who has no idea how this stuff works understood him and he waited around for my husband to get off to make sure we were all on the same page ..he didn't try to sell us anything yet laid all of our options out on the table very clearly ...he is a man of honesty and knowledge of what he is doing! So there was a few things we didn't opt for because ya know it is pricey just for the unit but he made sure to tell us what he thought was needed and what not needed but we still decided because of the extra cost to not opt for them widening our air inflow vent inside the house because of the extra cost...well day later Israel calls and says he is not comfortable getting our new until installed without making the air inflow vent wider as it would cause the unit to have to work harder and he just wanted it to be done right so their company decided they would do it at no charge! I was so surprised by their generosity! Install day was a breeze the guys worked hard and got it done and were polite and professional the entire time it's an all day process and they worked the whole time taking a break to eat and get back at it I am so impressed by the job Joey and these guys did! I would highly recommend them time and time again!

What a lying, fake, false advertising company. Advertise 24-hour emergency service, yet want to schedule us for tomorrow? Sorry, we can't leave our tenants without heat.

Words cannot express my gratitude and respect for Brian Atkins from Comfort Now. He is timely, incredibly knowledgable, has the utmost integrity, is honest and humble, not to mention the price was very reasonable. When faced with repairs, he conveyed the problem to me in easy to understand terms and fixed the problem quickly and affordably. He doesn't take short cuts. He believes in doing things right the first time. When I called him out a second time to fix someone else's mistake that resulted in sort of an emergency situation, he responded right away, coming to the rescue in his low-key, humble way and fixed the problem like it was nothing. I am not easily impressed, but Brian at Comfort Now has truly won my loyalty. From now on, Brian at Comfort Now is the only A/C and heating person I will use.
