The install was set up quickly by Patrick and Tony, who were professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Our HVAC unit looks great and runs fantastic. Brandon came out to fix a job that another company botched and did a tremendous job! He took his time with the system and didn't rush the work at all. He took plenty of pictures, found leaks that the other company didn't find, solved the issue of why the system wasn't working. Not only that, but he was fun to chat with too.

I went to their website to check out their company. I was immediately contacted to do an Instant Message with them. I was upset that she could not give me a ball park figure for a service call when I asked for one. Instead she took my name, address and phone number and wrote a lengthy reply that someone would be in contact with me via email or my phone the next day. Now instead of scheduling an appointment with them, I have to sit and wait for a reply sometime tomorrow. (okay it is 10 pm). I think I will call someone else who has a special for a ac tune up POSTED ON THEIR WEBSITE tomorrow first thing in the morning. I had a simple question and they could not even give me a ball park.

Great customer service...both on the phone and in person. Even when my dog barked at the worker when he rang the doorbell, the Comfort Now representative remained calm and friendly. They do great work. I trust them.

Comfort Now installed my new AC unit. I have difficulty trusting AC companies, having had overcharged and lied to by more than one, and wasn't thrilled to be told by the CN Sales Rep a quieter unit would cost $2,000 more. I was also told, in order to get a $750 rebate for a qualifying energy star unit, I would end up paying another extra $2,000 (didn't do that). Was not overly happy with the installation crew, since they did not go out of their way to tell me anything they were doing. So, 6 months later, I am happy with the performance of the new unit (even though it's still noisy AF with the compressor located literally 3 feet from my head when I'm laying in bed (not their fault, gotta blame Centex for that genius design plan). ANYWAY, the bottom line is I feel I can trust this company, and that is a big deal for me. The service techs which came out after the installation were way better at answering my questions than the installation guys. Now if I could only figure out how to keep the noise level down, without spending a zillion $'s on soundproofing. So far, the only answer I have is Ambien.

The techs are very thorough and really go through the whole machine to find what is wrong with it. Then they send you pictures of what everything looks like and explain everything they did. They also go over things to look out for and also maintenance schedules for changing filters to getting regular tunes ups. They really care about the customer and want you to be informed. Our tech was Polo and he really did a great job.
