Wonderful customer service! We needed plumbing help. They came out the same day and were upfront about pricing and recommended preventative measures to keep the pipes from clogging up again. Plus, they were very courteous and conscientious of my elderly mother's special needs during the pandemic. Overall, great experience!

Just moved into a new place which unfortunately had a number of small plumbing problems. Called and was asked by the lady on the phone when would work best for me. Had a plumber, Jeremy, in my house within literally 30min of the call. Jeremy was extremely pleasant and quickly took a look at our sink, garbage disposal, washing machine and shower that all required attention. He offered a few options for what we could do to fix the problems and then gave a very reasonable quote. He followed through on everything, did a fantastic job and charged us exactly what he quoted. He left the house clean in the areas he worked. One of the best plumbing experiences I have had in a long time. I will use Comfort Masters again if needed and will recommend them to my friends in the area.

I didn't know a plumbing company could hold a customer hostage, keeping that customer from getting help from the city water department. They can.

We had a plumber from Comfort Masters here three months ago who was able to identify that a tree outside of our property was clogging the sewer line. But he will not send a work order to the city unless we pay to have his camera go through the line. We don't have the money to do that.

As of yesterday the one toilet we have won't flush; we cannot take a shower because the tub won't drain. The city would fix the problem if they had a work order; they don't have one. So until we have the money for a camera we have to live like animals.

When we do get the money for a plumber who will write up a work order, it will NOT be Comfort Masters we call.

I give them one star because I can't give them minus 100 stars.

Kind customer service, very knowledgeable and thorough. I called around 8 AM on a Monday (which is a busy day coming off the weekend), and they got me in same day. Highly recommend!!!

I called Comfort Masters at 9:00 am. The lady answering the phone sounded pleased to help me. SHE asked ME what would be a good time to send a tech to my house. I had to smile. At 11:00 am Toby, AKA -HVAC Service/Sales Supervisor, arrived. Toby was very courteous and knowledgeable. He found the problem very quickly and described the issue well. A small service charge and he was on his way. Comfort Masters will be my only go to for HVAC repair/replacement in the future...even if I have to wait on them next time.
