My Elderly Mother's heat in her home went out on a Saturday night. I called Comfort Heating first thing on a Sunday Morning and he was on site by 1 PM the same day. Excellent professional service and he fixed the problem that day. Will definitely keep this number on hand for any future Heating or Air Conditioning needs. Highly recommend.

My HVAC started leaking at 1AM. Troy showed up at 8AM the next morning and solved the issue within half an hour. Really laid back and easy to work with, reasonable cost. Highly recommend!

Troy got back to me right away after I put on Yelp that I needed my water heater replaced. Unlike other companies that gave me a range of what it would cost or wanted to charge me just to give me an estimate, he gave me an exact cost and broke down everything that it would include which was way better than anyone else! He confirmed my appointment with me the day before and was very professional. After the new water heater was installed, I noticed a small leak from one of my existing pipes and he replaced that as well. We also noticed my sump pump wasn't working so I told him I would pay for him to fix that as well. I now plan to use Troy for all my future plumbing and HVAC issues!

I contacted Troy through Yelp. He responded right away. He was able to give me a same day appointment at 12pm. I didn't contact him until after10AM about a heating and hot water problem. That was the 1st STAR. The 2nd STAR came at 11:58am when he called and said he was running 2 minutes late. Troy was on his way to to 5 STARS. Next upon arriving he called when he was outside and had on a mask we are all trying to be safe from COVID. Before entering into my home he put on shoe covers DING DING 3 STARS by the way my carpet needs shampooing anyway but I really appreciate that. He was able to find the problem in less than 15 mins and gave me the price of fixing the problem. I'm sure you already guested it 4 STARS you want to know why it's because I didn't fall out of my seat because of the price. The price was very reasonable. The 5th STAR is because Troy let my dog bark at him the whole time he was here and he was a very nice gentleman. I would recommend him to anyone who needs services with their HVAC system. I can't recommend Troy and his company strongly enough. He came out the next morning after my call and was able to immediately diagnose my furnace issue. He had the needed parts in his truck, and did the work in a timely fashion. Troy was also very friendly towards my kids and pet, and did his work while wearing booties and a mask. Will definitely be using Comfort Heating and Cooling again!

Pay the extra somewhere else than using his service. Really unprofessional, charging for using his tool and 100$ for coming out. Hope the AC unit is not broken as I lost trust on this guy after 30 min of the work being done. And 300$ charge for labor for just draining a water.
