We called Sunday morning at 8am hoping we could get someone over to fix our AC ASAP because it was going to be 93 degrees. Troy answered and said he could be there by 10am! We were cautiously excited because yay, someone would be here this morning, but what's it going to cost? Troy texted us to let us know when he was on his way and arrived about 15 minutes early, gotta love that. He was very thorough and fixed our simple problem in minutes, he even replaced our air filter! His price was soooo reasonable that I was almost in shock. Troy was so kind and professional. I would definitely recommend him to anyone and will call only him for all my future HVAC needs.

1 star for quick response, but bad rating due to price.

I'm giving a bad rating because of how overcharged I got. The technician cleaned the coil in my HVAC system that was moldy and deodorized the system as well. The issue with my HVAC system was musty odor, But also told him I would like for him to just check out my HVAC unit to see if it's still healthy and working orderHe was there for an hour and 15 minutes approximately. When it was time to pay up he said that's $475. To my surprise I was like wow really that much? Then he said how about $325? I agreed paid up and that was that.

Recently I met a friend who is a maintenance director and has been working with HVAC systems for over 40 years. I told him about my experience in the price and he was shocked. He told me I shouldn't have gotten charged anything over $200.

I've owned my DC condo for ~5 years and have never had the HVAC system serviced. I finally decided to have it serviced as I didn't want it to have issues on the hottest day of the year. I contacted at least 10 companies and only 3 replied to my request for a quote for an annual tune-up. Troy was one of those and I'm very happy I went with him. He didn't attempt to upsell me on anything and although he recommended I replace some parts that were over ~20 years old I never felt pressure. He also didn't push the annual maintenance contract but I decided to go for it as I had a really good feeling about his demeanor and can-do attitude. I will be recommending Troy to anyone who asks for recommendations for a HVAC contractor.

Our pool water heater needed serviced and Troy came out same day. He found part that needed replaced and kept in constant contact until he received it and was able to come back to fix it. Due to COVID things took longer for shipping, but Troy was patient and professional. We were able to get it fixed and he did a great job! Very thorough, reliable, and friendly. We asked him to take a look at our oil furnace and he was able to give us a consult and recommendation. Very knowledgeable and gave us great options to consider. Will definitely have him come back in the future for other needs. Highly recommend!!!!

Quick response time and Troy was able to come within a few ours of our initial request on a hot day. Very reasonable assessment fee especially for same day service. Troy got our ac up and running within minutes. He could have just left for the day but he noticed other issues with our hvac unit and recommended additional work that we knew needed to be done. He gave a fair quote and promised to come back within the week to work on the recommendations. Some businesses fail to follow up but not Troy. He called to say he ordered the parts and set up an appointment to come back. The second appointment was just as pleasant and Troy pretty much rebuilt (in my opinion) our entire hvac system that apparently wasn't properly installed when we purchased the house. Thanks Troy. I definitely recommend this business.

Troy was great he was prompt in responding to my request. He was professional and affordable. I was in need of my gas dryer to be installed, repair of my garbage disposal (it made an awful sound), one of my toilets wouldn't refill/flush and last but not least my switch on the gas fire wasn't working. Troy came to my rescue. He was at my home the next morning and assessed my needs, he fixed everything and his price was reasonable. I look forward to working with Troy in the future and I would recommend him for your gas, water and electric needs!
