First time working with Comfort and was really happy. Had a water pressure issue at a lake cabin, and Paul Connelly did an excellent job diagnosing the problem and fixing it promptly when they had parts in. He was courteous, professional, and I thought the price for the job was fair. Their office staff was also professional and communicated well with me on scheduling. I will certainly be reaching out to them the next time I need service.

Comfort Heating came to service are heating/HVAC system. They kept us informed of the appointment time and did a thorough inspection. They also informed us of any issues or concerns. Price was very reasonable. We will definitely use them again.

Our air conditioner worked great until it didn't work at all! I emailed a few places I found online. Comfort Heating and Air contacted me right away and made an appointment for the following day. They emailed me a confirmation for my appointment and Brad Johnson texted the next day when he was on his way. 5 stars for good communication!! Brad identified the problem in less than 5 minutes and he had the part needed in his truck! Wow! Efficient, fast and friendly. Brad replaced the part and checked out the whole heat pump for me. I will definitely use these guys again!! They know what they are doing and get the job done!!

I called to get a second opinion and a quote to repair a Navien tankless water heater. The office fit me into the plumbing schedule, Matt was prompt, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about the machine.....in fact the original installation was wrong on many levels and needs to be replaced and repaired. I am impressed so far and will have them do the work, calling the other company to say goodbye

Paul did an awesome job replacing my water heater. He called and said he was running late. But was only 15 minutes late. I consider that very prompt.

Amazing service! I had another company quote me $1800 and couldn't even fix my furnace until after Christmas. WTF! Comfort drove all the way from Post Falls to Sandpoint with 24 hours notice and fixed my furnace for $250.
Huge shout out to our technician Matt for being so honest and getting everything rolling again. Thank you!!!

The experience working with this company has been horrendous. At first they got the measurement wrong for my unit and wasn't able to install the original unit quoted. They ran the line set like a pull up bar in my basement and it was even moderately straight. They burned the crap out of my unit while soldering. After installing a new wire to my thermostat they didn't even test the unit - now the blower works and nothing else. The electricians on multiple days said they couldn't finish my job because they had other jobs scheduled. Whatever you do - go with someone else - this wasn't even moderately comfortable.

This company was contacted to provide service for a residential furnace and A/C system. They found an issue with the flue from the furnace, and needed to return with parts. The repair was approximately an hour with simple flue parts and they overcharged quite excessively for the work ($900). They are a ripoff and are ruining a business that was run well by previous owners. STAY AWAY!!!

Would highly recommend them! Very responsive, on time, honest fixes the issue in the first trip!! They would be my go to in the future if I need heating and a/c help!!
