Art proudly served in the US Army until 1983. Upon leaving the military, he started working in home improvement. He was the owner of a prosperous painting and flooring enterprise. After 16 years, he chose to branch out into a different segment of home improvement. The heating and cooling sector was a natural fit for his desire to assist homeowners in enjoying their homes. As a devoted father of four, Art appreciates the significance of ensuring top-notch comfort and safety for families. Speaking of family, his two oldest sons are also part of the family business, along with his business partner Wes McLeod and his wife. Comfort First is genuinely a family-run operation.
