On September they came to inspect my home for a leak. After the visit they assumed it was my sprinkler system and left. After the visit my bathroom started leaking because the screw was left loose and the bathrooms faucet was broken. I reached out to the company and they stated they did not touch my bathroom. Yet I clearly saw them inspect my whole house to try and find a leak. The representative stated that they will not fix it because they did not go into the bathroom yet how do you inspect for a leak? Umm yeah I definitely do not recommend this company. I am dissatisfied and don't appreciate a company who doesn't take ownership for their mistakes.

Our toilet whistles. Here I am at 6 in the morning after these guys were here the day before and couldn't figure out the problem. The person who was out here kept calling someone else for help and sending that person photos. I can flush the toilet and the whistling will go away for a few hours.

When he was here he formed off all the breakers and tracked in a lot of water and dirt without flipping the breakers back on or cleaning up after himself.

I understand times are tough but if you don't understand what your doing, don't waste my time or leave a mess.

He was able to clear the sink upstairs but he's no expert!

If I could give them less I would. They came out after 4 days (issues with my home insurance not approving emergency services) of sewage flooding my basement. They charged us to gain access (again, part of costs not covered by my insurance). Now it was all fine and good. Then they snake the pipes, without camera, pull a couple of small roots and clear the ""blockage"". It worked... for about 2 weeks. Had to call a different plumbing company out this week as it had started flooding again in the basement. They pulled out a foot long clump of roots, earth (including a worm), and debris. Tell me why Comfort Experts didn't find this and deal with it when they came out?? Not sure. This other company also found several broken spots in our lines that were pretty egregious and noticeable. While the workers were nice enough from Comfort Experts, they seemed put out any time we asked a question or wanted them to explain something. If you want it done right... I'd call someone else (and in fact, I have).

I called on several occasions for an appointment to get estimate! They scheduled an appointment and called me the day of the appointment to say the plumber was sick. They knew we would be traveling from Seattle to meet with them ! Then when I tried to reschedule they made excuses a VERY UNPROFESSIONAL company !! Unreliable
