Based on the reviews seen here in Yelp, I rolled the dice and had Comfort Experts come to do a tune up on my boiler and assess why I was not getting heat in my bedroom.
Here's my experience:
They were able to schedule me for an immediate appointment. A gentleman (I believe his name was Len) was at my home the same day. He was able to get heat going to my bedroom in literally, a matter of seconds by simply opening a valve I closed months prior and forgot to reopen. After laughing at my expensive case of forgetfulness, he proceeded to conduct a tune up. The tune up consisted of apx 3 minutes of looking at my boiler system, dusting it off and telling me, ""Everything is in really good shape. It's clean.""
I mentioned an air vent valve leaked and that was the reason I closed the valve prior. The technician did not have the appropriate valve on him at the time to replace the bad one so I was told to keep an eye on it and call back if needed and the leak would be taken care of. I personally thought the amount charged for the minimal work done was a bit much but hey... I wasn't going to nickel and dime a hard working, skilled, professional for expeditiously coming out during a pandemic to ensure my family is warm and comfortable in our home.
By the next day, the valve was leaking again. I called Comfort Experts back as directed by the technician and was given an appointment. A few days later, Len showed up about 3 hours prior to my scheduled time without a phone call. He replaced the air vent I requested he replace during his initial visit as well as 1 other vent that was not leaking prior to his visit. In total, the work itself took less that 5 minutes.
I was caught off guard by another bill for even more than the initial visit.
I wish I would've clarified what I am liable to pay prior to allowing them to catch me off guard.
Though communication was poor and I feel I was taken for a ride, they did provide service in an expeditious manner.

Great experience with Comfort Experts. You can tell that they are quite different from other HVAC companies in the area. Knowledgeable, honest and fair. Our tech, Bill, was on time, professional, completed the job and answered all the questions that we had. We will be sticking with Comfort Experts for all of our HVAC needs.

Had a great experience--called on a Tuesday morning, chatted with Christopher who had excellent customer service. He sent a technician out to my mother-in-law's house that we had up for sale, but the furnace wasn't working and temperatures were dropping quickly. Technician made the repair quickly, so that we didn't lose the contract on the house. They were affordable, courteous, called when they said they were going to call, and considerate (left the thermostat in a place to keep the house just warm enough without costing us a ton of money, since no one was living there). I highly recommend them.

Folks at ComfortExperts are really nice to work with. I have had an opportunity to work with the Sales, Installer, Technicians, Owners and Admin. Everyone is very knowledgeable in their areas and yet genuine.
I initially got my air-conditioner replaced through them. The job was done on time and as described. Based on that experience, I did not look anywhere else, when there was time to get the new heating system for the house.
Service is quite commendable and responsive. Questions over the phone and emails are answered promptly. When I was concerned about operation of the heating unit, the technician came over pretty much the next day.
