I've been using this company for many many years. I called recently for them to come and clean out and put the heat on. They made an appointment. They never came and never called when I called them, they said that they were sorry that they would make it up the following day,again never came never called. I've tried to call them and left several messages and no one replies. I'm very disappointed because we did get good service in the past but I guess it's time to move on to someone else.

This company is listed as a 24 hour company. I called over 24 hours ago and have called for updates and I am unable to speak to anyone.
My calls are not returned. I have a contract. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
Customer service is everything. The company should let you know the status of your call. I had my brother call for me and they answered. They didn't answer for me. Do not use this company.

I made an appointment and nobody show up, I called and they said they were coming. I called an hour later and they said the same thing. I told the guy I called off from my job to be in the house he said the technician will call me back which he didn't. I waited 3 hours more and nobody showed up, when I called back to see if they they coming or not the named ""LOU"" said he wasn't sending anybody and hang up the phone. I been dealing with them for years for my property managers. This is very unacceptable and unprofessional, not reliable. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS. Don't waste your money and time. As I read the comments here I see it's very common for behavior.

Everyone be ware this guy. I know they are doing a business but if you lie to people like that and deceive people. They are rude, crazy, and unprofessional.

This company has bad business skills. They make the customer wait all day, with a scheduled appointment. They do not call or show up. Very horrible service.

DO NOT USE THEM. BUYER BEWARE.

Goodness. Where do I begin. In the interest of time, I will just make a list of a few of the issues and points you should be aware of. If after reading this, you still choose to proceed with this company then you can only blame your self for the issues/ headache you incur thereafter.

1) All the repairmen that are sent out to your home are NOT knowledgeable. I had just bought a 2 family home. The first repairman was sooo lost he could not locate or had no clue of where the second boiler was. So he told me that no work could be done until I order blueprints of the house from when it was originally built. (WHAAAT???) Don't you have a clue? Aren't you the professional. Also, He took forever to just remove the cover of the first boiler, as if it were his first time.Come on comfort Control I don't want you to train your workers on my boiler and on my dime. And this was only the beginning.
(NOTE: the 3rd repairman was knowledgeable and he realized the boiler had to be separate and in the attic... 3 times a charm...)

2)DO NOT get the ""unlimited service"" plan that they try to offer you. It is a SUPER SCAM. They tell you that you pay only about $250 for the year for unlimited service for a 2 Family home but what they don't tell you is that you end up paying more than 4 times the price for the parts. That is how they end up making their money from you. When I did my research, my new boiler part should only cost $172 but Comfort Control told me that the same part was $895. YES they said $895 with a straight face. and this for me was the last straw. I understand a company raising the price to try to make a little extra. like $250 or worst case $300 . BUT damn near 900 bucks for a 200 dollar part is just straight greed and wrecklessness..SHAME ON YOU COMFORT CONTROL.

3) NEXT is the RUDE owner. I think his name is LOU or something. But he is the WORST. .... I repeat .. THE ABSOLUTE WORST.. When you start off talking with him, he starts off very nice and pleasant. But as soon as you start questioning anything or inquiring too much.... this is where you see his true side come out... And when you ask for a supervisor or a manager, you realize that this is a super small company because he is the person answering the phone 90% of the time. SO there is no place to complain. You have to deal with him. I asked him directly about the overcharging of the parts and if I could use my own parts and not only did he begin to rudely yell at me , he also verbally said that my unlimited service contract would not me honored anymore. Ahhh excuse me we signed agreements and agreed. But he did not care. He did not FEEL to honor it anymore.. so he did'nt. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. He does not stand behind his word.

4)THEY STICK THEIR MARKETING materials ALL OVER your boiler area and anywhere in your home that they can sneak it in. I mean they go in for the kill.. They have stickers, business cards, magnets , flyers,,... just to name a few... and they do not ask your permission to do so.,. You just go up to your boiler after they leave and it looks like you have part ownership in the company because its all over your boiler area. And after receiving horrible service.. this is the last thing that you want to see.

I could go on .. but this could be another hour of typing. In a nutshell I will reiterate .. DO not use them.
And I just want to highlight that for every one person that actually takes the time to write a review, there are 25 people who have probably had horrible service but did not take the time to write about it...
