I used this company in the past and their service was good. However, recently I purchased a new boiler from them and cannot get an issue resolved. They placed the new boiler over my sewer drain trap. They installed a larger boiler in the area ignoring my request for a smaller or same size boiler. The plumbers can't get access to the trap. I have called and email the company about this problem but they are ignoring my calls and emails.
