This company is extremely unprofessional. I was told that there would be an $89 arrival fee due at time of service and was not made aware of any other fees. I didn't find out until 2 hours into the job that they charge an additional $89 per hour. This would not have been an issue had the technician not immediately turned hostile and defensive when I asked if he charged by the hour. The technician proceeded to argue with me and then comment that I am ""the type of customer that makes me want to just shoot myself and end it all."" The employee cut the wires to my thermal cut off sensor and destroyed the insulation around the sensor. He then proceeded to tell me that he would pay out of his own paycheck to buy me a new sensor and that he would mail it to me to install myself after HE destroyed the sensor.

After complaining to the office I was told that the company wanted to make it right and was sending a different technician out the following day to fix what was broken by their employee free of charge. Instead, the technician showed up and told me to just buy a new AC system and informed me that the company would contact me in a couple days to discuss price of a new unit. I was never contacted back again. Instead, I received a bill for $230 2 months later that has a 2 month late fee on it. This is the first time I received a bill. I will never use this company again and will be submitting a better business bureau report against them
