Service that was ABOVE & BEYOND! I have neglected by HVAC system for 3 years. It was in dire need of some basic TLC and Cody delivered in a big way. He offered to clean my A/C unit which was covered in dirt and leaves. My garden hose wasn't long enough, so Cody went to his house (which wasn't very far away) and brought his own hose so he could complete the job. There was a slight SNAFU with the thermostat and when I called the office, at 6:00 p.m. on a Friday night, my call was answered promptly and my message relayed to Cody who was on another job. Cody stopped by after 8:00 p.m. to make the adjustment to the thermostat which I greatly appreciated. I did not hesitate to purchase the annual maintenance plan, because I have no doubt my HVAC system will be in good hands!

We found this compay at the Home and Garden show. They are a new young company with a bright future. We signed up for an air conditioner check tune up. Ryan came on time, was very professional and went above and beyond for us. Gave us some good information about our HVAC systems. We also won their home show drawing for a new electronic thermostat which he installed quickly and efficiently. He changed our furnace filter (not part of the service scheduled) and removed an old disconnected device from the wall next to the thermostat for us. (Also not included). He cleaned up everything, took the trash with him. Would definitely recommend this company.

The best HVAC company in SD county. I have been with comfort bros since around December or so. Right when it started getting cold here in Ramona my furnace was malfunctioning and would turn on. I called three other companies to come out and fix it. All were either over priced or over booked and wanted me to wait at least a month. My call to comfort bros was amazing. They were so nice and responsive. I told them what the problem was and they came out and fixed it right away for a reasonable price. They also offer a membership that you can get so they can monitor when your systems need to be serviced and or inspected. Which is great for me since I am constantly away for work and need to make sure my family has heat and air when they need it. Just today they sent Ryan out to my house to make sure everything was good to go for summer and he was nice, respectful, thorough, and very knowledgeable. The best part is that I didn't need to call them. They called me! Amazing! If your looking for a company to service your heating and cooling then go with comfort bros, Get on the membership plan, save money, and let them put your mind at ease when it comes to your homes heating and cooling needs.

This company has been wonderful in every way possible. Jessica was easy to work with and so helpful at finding a convenient time for the work to be done. On top of that, the technician, Cole T., who was sent to help us reprogram our thermostat, was heaven sent! He was extremely knowledgeable! He was so patient with my million questions. Comfort Brothers, heating and air has an excellent response time. Within minutes of sending my inquiry in for thermostat replacement. I got a call from Jessica. We scheduled an evaluation the same afternoon and had a tech out here by 2 PM. I must say that.Cole Taylor was prompt,, professional, thorough and informative. He did not try to sell us something we did not need and advised us that due to the age of our heating system it was a good idea to do some regular maintenance which we did. We look forward to a long relationship with comfort brothers.

I got my furnace serviced today by Comfort Bros. Highly recommend them. What a great team of professionals. From calling to schedule an appointment, the reminder texts, the professionalism of the technician, and showing up on time. It was such a great experience. The technician- Kody introduced himself and gave me a brief history of his work experience. Explained what he was going to be doing and how long he anticipated the job to take. He asked me about what issues and problems we were having and got to work. In the end, gave us a detailed report of what he saw and recommendations for a more efficient running unit. All in all, it was such a pleasure to have these folks come out and take care of my furnace. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and affordable. They go the extra mile to make sure your expectations are met. Highly recommend them! We will use them again.

I received three quotes from three companies. The quote and my interaction with Nick and Cody were more positive. Comfort Bros Heating & Air pricing is competitive and reasonable, which was another plus. When the installers arrived, they were courteous and put on shoe covers. They were efficient with their time and worked hard to promptly get everything installed and functional. They cleaned up after the work was complete; it seemed they were never there--an all-around great experience.
