Cody is the G.O.A.T.! He came to my home to work on my AC on short notice and after 3 weeks of sweating and 3 different other AC guys jerking me around. Not only was hw on time but he was early had all of his tools and everything needed to get the job done right. He was patient with me even though I was clearly frustrated and he talked me out of spending more money than I needed to. His honesty and patience has made him MY GUY! The other companies were quoting thousands over what Cody charged me. And now my house is as cool as the other side of the pillow. If you're looking for someone honest clean, quick and will not upsell you Cody is that man! Thank Cody and Comfort Bros!

So we just had Reid and Brad out this morning at our home. They're a couple of technicians from Comfort Bros, and they were pleasant, extremely friendly and very professional. The way they worked, you could tell they were skilled at what they do.
Ty Reid, Brad and Comfort Bros, coz what I thot was going to be a good part of the day kind of job, before I knew it, they had the whole new unit installed, up and running. I still have a good part of my day left. Can't say enough about Comfort Bros. I highly recommend them.

Ryan, the technician, just left our house after doing a yearly maintenance visit. I'm so glad I called these folks. I was expecting to get the typical ""you need all this extra work"" hard-sell that I hear from so many other service orgs. Instead, he helped me understand my system better, told me where to get the filters that I needed and did just the service that was offered. I was so happy with the maintenance visit that I had him install a new thermostat that I had planned to replace myself. Before he left, I asked him to take the sticker from the previous company off my heating unit and put one on from Comfort Bros. When my older air conditioning unit finally gives up the ghost, I'm calling these guys to replace it.

After our home warranty didn't cover a freon leak we were left to find a company to fix the problem. After calling around and looking through many reviews we found Comfront Bros. Their staff was extremely friendly from the initial call to all the techs that came into our home. The owner Cody did our repair install and he sat and made sure we were very satisfied with answering all our questions and concerns. This company will be our go to in the future for sure.

Service that was ABOVE & BEYOND! I have neglected by HVAC system for 3 years. It was in dire need of some basic TLC and Cody delivered in a big way. He offered to clean my A/C unit which was covered in dirt and leaves. My garden hose wasn't long enough, so Cody went to his house (which wasn't very far away) and brought his own hose so he could complete the job. There was a slight SNAFU with the thermostat and when I called the office, at 6:00 p.m. on a Friday night, my call was answered promptly and my message relayed to Cody who was on another job. Cody stopped by after 8:00 p.m. to make the adjustment to the thermostat which I greatly appreciated. I did not hesitate to purchase the annual maintenance plan, because I have no doubt my HVAC system will be in good hands!

We found this compay at the Home and Garden show. They are a new young company with a bright future. We signed up for an air conditioner check tune up. Ryan came on time, was very professional and went above and beyond for us. Gave us some good information about our HVAC systems. We also won their home show drawing for a new electronic thermostat which he installed quickly and efficiently. He changed our furnace filter (not part of the service scheduled) and removed an old disconnected device from the wall next to the thermostat for us. (Also not included). He cleaned up everything, took the trash with him. Would definitely recommend this company.

The best HVAC company in SD county. I have been with comfort bros since around December or so. Right when it started getting cold here in Ramona my furnace was malfunctioning and would turn on. I called three other companies to come out and fix it. All were either over priced or over booked and wanted me to wait at least a month. My call to comfort bros was amazing. They were so nice and responsive. I told them what the problem was and they came out and fixed it right away for a reasonable price. They also offer a membership that you can get so they can monitor when your systems need to be serviced and or inspected. Which is great for me since I am constantly away for work and need to make sure my family has heat and air when they need it. Just today they sent Ryan out to my house to make sure everything was good to go for summer and he was nice, respectful, thorough, and very knowledgeable. The best part is that I didn't need to call them. They called me! Amazing! If your looking for a company to service your heating and cooling then go with comfort bros, Get on the membership plan, save money, and let them put your mind at ease when it comes to your homes heating and cooling needs.
