Rip off - their estimate is proven errant and seriously inflated, and forget any free estimate; They gave me a real hit and run job; no due diligence

LEFT ME SUSPICIOUS of them. I requested to restore a circuit of electicity that black ked out 1/3 of my residence. They were very fast.in restoring the electricity. It was a only a kink with the breaker. Since they also do plumbing I asked for an estimate on getting bathroom fixtures replaced. While one man was with me the other man disasembered one of my outlets. He man with me said it was not installed under code standards and could cause a fire.Later when I asked why they picked a outlet to investigate ( in my absence), the man with me said it looked unusual to him that an outet was placed there and quoted a price to bring it to code. All of it could have been innocent. But in getting other estimates to fix that outlet properly, independent of each other, 2 other electricians found it extremely """"weird"""" that they would open a outlet without asking my permission and in my absence after their requested service was done. I am 68 yrs young and suspious of repair man who act """"weird"""". You be the judge.

Definitely go with these guys! And Shane is the absolute best! We had a unique problem with an old unit that was leaking, had went to the company that installed it and others and everyone had a different take on it and a different solutions that all resulted in the same problem, more leaking. I was hopeless we would get this fixed and everyone was saying the unit would have to be replaced. Then Shane from Comfort air came and really did a comprehensive diagnosis looking at the rust spots and where the moisture is concentrating and how the metal was originally built to the drain pan. He got a plan together that involved only repairing the existing unit, installing new fresh metal and building it to correctly drain into the pan. After this visit he made another appointment to promptly come back first thing the next morning! That night he also built a custom secondary drain pan and installed this and tied it into the existing drain pan. I'm so impressed. True craftsman like Shane are so rare these days. The service was so straight forward, prompt and the solution was installed beautifully, and most importantly my unit works and doesn't leak anymore! If many years down the line anything happens now we have a secondary pan on this old unit now! Fantastic. Call Comfort, hopefully you get Shane. These guys are great. True professionals and true craftsman and I couldn't be happier. Thank you and keep up the good work Comfort Air!

These guys were fantastic. They installed an A/C unit in my condominium. Their service was top-notch, price was just right, and they were very professional and polite. They were so great that I rehired them to change my old water heater. They went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied. Highly recommended!

What a great team of professionals that did an excellent job in putting in my new Lenox system. I can't say enough great things about this company to do them justice. Their communication on estimated time of arrival was excellent. They were all so polite and treated my home with respect. I felt like my home was in the best of care. They followed up to make sure everything went well. I would highly recommend these guys!
