Comfort Air has been our HVAC company for more than 20 years. Most recently they installed 2 new systems in our home quickly and efficiently. After a time we felt the temperature calibration was off in one of the units. CA promptly sent(same day)Technician Jeff Pierce and went over both units, made the adjustments, and carefully and thoroughly explained everything he did. He was here in the past to work on our previous old (old) units and is very very good. We have always had a lot of confidence in CA and will continue to use them.

wow where to start, one of the rudest companies I have ever worked with, Thomas is so difficult to do deal with, My suggestion is to compare prices with other companies, they are three time higher then any other companies, take my word for it, they wanted 1500 plus 251 to unclock the drain, other company did it for 180.00, thats just one expamble, they quoted me 45k to change my air condition where I got it done for 24k, Watch out they are there to rip you off

Will not call back after 5 attempts to set up a special job after I agreed on the $800.00 charge. No common curtesy towards a potential client that needs a special job. I don't understand why these people act this way.

I cannot say enough good things about them. My husband and I moved into a condo this summer with an ancient heating and cooling system. Of course the AC went out and after another company said they were coming and failed to show up we got the name of comfort air from our HOA president. They were able to come with an hours, and Mas spent I don't even know how long on the roof in sweltering weather and found the problem. He went the extra mile to go get the fan and bring it back and replace it and we were able to sleep so much better that night. Fast forward to this winter, and there was an issue with the heating system. Comfort air had it scheduled that same day, and all was well with that visit too. Both gentlemen they have sent have been impeccably professional and friendly. I am so impressed with the thoroughness of their work and their professionalism.

Primo Plumbing was able to come out within 24 hours of my call. They determined right away that the standing water under the hardwood in the dining room was not a plumbing problem and also provided three kinds of proof. Then - and this is the best part - they became private investigators and helped me find the source of the water. And it was an unusual one:
the water was coming through a loose doorknob! They saved me time, money and hassle. I'm sure my insurance company is as grateful as I am. Thanks, Primo Plumbing. When I have plumbing needs, I will definitely call on you, and I'll recommend you to my friends and colleagues. Thank you so much.

I've been using Comfort Air Engineering since I moved to SA two years ago. They have been taking care of regular maintenance and made a couple of repairs to my A/C unit. They've always been very professional. I'm very happy with their service.

Please do not use this company .Did not fix my plumbing issue,supposedly they guarantee work for two weeks- do not fall for that lie, rude supervisor Clint not willing to help .they collect big money and that's about it( $280 for me and problem still there)

They took care of my problem in less than four hours from the time I called.

Saw their ad on TPR website and wanted to get their help in correcting a slow draining sink. The nice lady at the office was kind enough to try to find me someone to come this afternoon or tomorrow. She found someone to come between 2:00 to 6:00 PM. Called me back about 1:30 hours after my original call, to inform me someone is on the way, who came another 1:30 hours later.

Jim Smith (Jim Rodela, as stated on the invoice), first gave me a flat rate of $300. When I said it was too much for such a small job, he said, he has to get the actual price from the van. Then he came back with a price of $168. I tried calling their office and it was after 5:00 PM, past their office hours. So, I asked Jim to connect me to their office and when I spoke with Kevin Bunner, the manager, he explained to me that a trip charge of $45 plus an hourly charge of $90, (minimum half-an-hour) will be charged.

Jim ran the snake and cleared the clog in 17 minutes.
So at the end of the day, they did a good job, but at a price less than originally quoted.
