I can't say enough about Louis and his team at Comfort Air Control. My heat went out and I was able to text Louis in the evening and he walked me through some things to try to fix it on my own. When that didn't work, he was able to fit me in at the last minute. His technician came wearing a mask and was able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly. The most unbelievable part was that Louis didn't charge me despite his technician being at my house for almost an hour. I feel very lucky to have found him!

I honestly can't remember how many times Louis (and his crew) have come out to our home to work on our a/c, water heater, and furnace. I think it's between 5-10. We have a home that is 111 years old and has had LOTS of issues. Louis has answered our calls/texts at all hours and it polite, responsive, professional and compassionate each and every time (also, he's hilarious, which helps in stressful situations). He is calm and patient with our questions and concerns, and often suggests money saving options/techniques to help us out (my husband and I are both Social Workers and first time home owners, so this comes in handy). He has come over on a Saturday night at 10:00 to check out our furnace when it wasn't working (in December) and showed us how to repair the issue so we could fix it ourselves later. Louis is a very honest, knowledgeable, hard-working, down-to-earth professional who genuinely cares about his customers. We will continue to use CAC for all of our heating/cooling/plumbing needs and will refer to others as well. Thank you Louis!

It is time I share a couple of my recent experiences with the folks at Comfort Air Control.
Recently we had an old water softener that began to leak water fast and furiously. It was a Sunday afternoon and we called Comfort Air Control to see if they could suggest something I could do until Monday when they could send someone over to stop the flood of water. The founder, Michael would have nothing of me waiting and left a family gathering 20 miles away and came over and fixed the leak quickly and was on his way in less than 20 minutes. The invoice did in no way cover half the relief we felt from Michael's quick and efficient fix to our problem.
Today I had a crew from Comfort Air Control install two comfort level toilets. The guys hauled in the two toilets and made numerous trips to their van and each visit they removed their shoes as they entered the house. As with previous jobs performed they completed the installation quickly and cleaned up leaving nothing behind. They took both old toilets and all the packing.
I can't say how nice it is to have finally replaced the 1960's lime green toilets with new comfort level toilets.

The A/C went out in my apartment building this past summer during a heat wave, and Louis and Michael were able to replace all the units and have the A/C up and running in a matter of hours. My tenants and I were very grateful for the quick action and fix. Excellent customer service and would 10/10 recommend!

Technician arrived on time and within 90 minutes of call for service. He thoroughly evaluated the problem and checked function of all drains connected to the main drain stack to be sure where the problem was. He was able to clear the drain in about 30 minutes of starting work. He provided instruction on preventative care measures that I can do to help prevent a reoccurrence of the problem. The technician was courteous and worked in a highly professional manner and left work area in a clean condition. I am a handy person but was not able to clear the drain myself using a homeowner grade plumbing snake. This clog really needed a professional to clear.

Recently, I had my furnace, AC, and humidifier replaced as well as some plumbing tasks completed. Louis Hanna from Comfort Air Control's quote was $2,000 less than quoted by another local company. His employees were professional and efficient. They arrived on time and completed the work as promised (vacuuming the area before leaving). Louis is kind and truly a pleasure to work with. Louis was very friendly and helpful when looking at our furnace. They were even able to replace the unit the same day and made sure we were happy with the service even though we are the tenants and our landlord handled all the scheduling and payment. They even vacuumed the entire area before leaving.
