From the estimate to the scheduling and to the installation, everything went as planned and as promised!! John provided the estimate and explained the differences between the units and what I could expect over the years. I had to reschedule and the office responded quickly and were able to accommodate my request.

I was told the guys would show up between 8 and 10a and that it might take an entire day for the installations. On the day of the install, I received a text at 7:09am...saying they were on their way. Edward, Chris M. and Chris O. arrived right before 8am...gave me an estimate for the time it would take and they finished right on time...left my home at 2:45p with all running smoothly. They were professional and friendly :) Edward went walked me thru the new system and explained everything very clearly; stopping to ask if I had any questions and told me how I could reach him if I had a question later.

I purchased the 4 ton up to 24.5 SEER Amana Variable Stage System. Can't wait to see my electricity bill (I do NOT have solar) in a month to see the difference!! Thank you Comfort Air!!! BTW, I have lived in Palm Desert for over 17 years and I've dealt with other HVAC companies...two went out of business so I has to change. I have to say, so far, this company has lived up to the positive hype. Hope this review helps others just like previous reviewers helped me to choose this company!!

Robert, Jakub and Albert were the perfect Team and very nice professional guys. I was told they would be here between 8 and 9. They arrived at 7:58 ready to work. Everything was cleaned up at the work areas. They helped me register the new thermostat and get the app on my phone.

Leo made a service call on Friday 9 pm because the old ac unit stopped working due to a fuse. He pointed out the other deficiencies and the repair costs comparing to a new unit. The installation of a new Amana AC happened in 2.5 days.

The technicians, Christian and Tom, were very professional. They took time to answer my questions. We were informed of everything that they were going to do during the service of my air conditioner. After the service was completed Christian explained what they did. Thankfully all went well. I most definitely will be using Comfort Air for the servicing of both my air and heating units.
