Yesterday had Comfort Air come to my condo for semi annual Fall checkup. Carlos was the guy that did the inspection who was extremely professional. Upon arriving he explained in detail what his inspection was going to entail and when he was completed he explained in detail what he had done , the overall condition of my unit as well as how dirty my filter which he had replaced. I got to say, I was impressed with his professionalism and can say he is a definite asset and great ambassador for Comfort Air.

Daniel Fisher was the Tech and he was polite, professional and addressed my concerns and needs. He was informative and clear on the problem and remedy.

The office staff was efficient, polite, and always followed up with appointment reminders and follow up calls after the service.

The service calls were always well within the 4 hour window they provided and in my case arrived within the first two hours of said window.


I highly recommend Comfort Air for all your HVAC needs.

When our very old air conditioning and heating ""package unit"" on our roof failed during the height of the desert summer heat, causing us to move to a hotel, we considered several local companies to replace it. We were familiar with many of the local companies and had used some of them to service the unit over the years. We wanted personal attention from the owner of whatever company we chose to discuss best options and pricing for the replacement.

After being impressed with Paul Votta's television commercials for his apparent sincerity, we were not disappointed with the initial intake contact or any of the company's representatives. We then had a call from Paul to see how he could help, leading to his setting up a meeting at the house to discuss the possibilities. Our visceral reaction to the TV commercials was confirmed.

Suffice it to say that we highly recommend Comfort Air for its prompt attention, thorough review of the purchase options, designing of our particular installation, and competitive pricing. We also appreciate the follow-up to ensure that we were happy with the process.

We purchased two new air conditioners at separate times over the last year. We shopped prices, but also reputation. We chose Comfort Air and are pleased we did. Their service is great and we did well in the hottest season ever.

The second time around they didn't seem reliable. I have called before at midnight and a technician came through and fixed the air conditioner. A month later or so the ac was blowing out hot air. The temperature outside was 108-110 degrees. I had to call the office 2 times. I didn't get phone call until an hour later, by that time I called another company.
