Good afternoon, Paul. You have a knowledgeable and friendly technician in Edgar Millan. He performed maintenance today on both of my units. It is obvious that he enjoys is work and values the customer. He provided details about the performance of the larger unit and what to expect over the next few years. He made suggestions about how to optimize temperature control. He was willing to answer questions and check a vent that didn't seem to be cooling. He is a true professional and I will be requesting that he return for my winter service. Thank you, Edgar and everyone who supports Comfort Air.

My AC stopped working and had an error code on the display. Israel was my service tech - who did a great job. Seems the neighbor's gardener was blowing leaves and lots of debris into my compressor unit which was extremely dirty, which he cleaned and serviced. I absolutely appreciate him mentioning what was going on - so I could put up a barrier at the fence to protect the unit. He even sent pictures and did a great job explaining the service and steps I can take to help extend the life of the system. Thanks!

Comfort Air put in two new air conditioners for us two years ago at a very reasonable price. They have serviced them since and taken care of any issues which have arisen. Recently, we had a malfunction on one of the screens and had to call them out. They arranged for Daniel to come out the next day. Daniel arrived promptly, and was very courteous and helpful. Once he fixed the problem, he spent another hour checking and cleaning all of the wire connections in the attic to hopefully make sure the problem did not arise again. We will happily continue to use Comfort Air as long as we remain in this house.
