Called over the phone for a braided supply line to install a bidet which required one over the existing rigid supply line. They knew exactly what size I needed. I drove over purchased it and had completed the installation without any issues. The staff was very friendly and informative. They gave me useful tips on removing and installing the supply lines. Excellent service and attention to detail helped me knock out one of my home projects without a hitch!! I highly recommend these folks for your plumbing questions and needs. They are more than willing to help you out. And their prices are very reasonable! Call ahead to speak with someone before driving out just to make sure. I have been here many times and have always had great service and help from them! They are professional as well as friendly!

I have been struggling all weekend with a DIY plumbing project at home which meant that for most of that time the family had no water. None of the local big box stores had what I needed so I waited until Monday when Comet would be open. After thinking I could go right after work I realized they would be closed by then. BUT, thanks to EARL, he made it happen! He made arrangements for me to pay over the phone and pick up my items after they closed. Whew!!! Happy wife is a happy life, need I say more? Thank you Earl for keeping me out of the dog house and for thinking out of the box to provide great customer service.

When Home Depot doesn't have it, Comet will! Water you waiting for? Smart, fast service by Jeff and Earl in a safe, physically distanced environment. Pro tip: bring the part that needs replacing, when possible. Guys took 1 look at my 1950's 3 handle tub shower valve and knew just what I needed. Were they cheap? No. But they had the entire kit that replaced everything I was after for $133, which saved me in time/labor retrofitting. They even walked me through assembly and installation to make sure my repair was a success. Even mentioned returns are accepted with receipt.

Plenty of parking in the shared lot outside the entrance. Markings on the ground direct foot traffic so spacing is enforced; plexi sneeze guards suspended from ceilings around the parts counters.

Always a great experience here. Walk in, tell them what you need and walk out with the right part in a couple of minutes. I will NEVER go to a big box store for plumbing needs as long as Comet is around. Good set up for social distancing now as well.
