I have a three handled shower tub faucet, and they have the hard-to-find parts that fixed it. They knew just what they were doing, showed me what the issue was, and made sure I knew the steps taken to fix it. Keep up the good work!

DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT go anywhere near this place for any reason.
I took back a faucet in an unopened box with the credit card receipt with in a week after buying it. That was wrong size faucet for my sink.
Since I did not have the original receipt these guys took the whole box and put it in their trash can. That was a $125 dollar product.
I was forced to walk away. I am sure these crooks put that product back on the shelf as soon as I left the store.
Absolute crooks. Do not shop there.

We took a diverted with many parts and several of the staff worked on our issue and solved it without us needing to buy any parts. They were so customer service oriented. I highly recommend them.

Folks, I read all of the below reviews. For those that gave 1 star, I can only say that while a 15 day return policy seems short, that's still plenty of time to find out if the part is correct, and if not, to get back to their shop.

I've visited Comet Plumbing several times over the past couple of decades. Experts in the field. They provide excellent advice. I've never left there without having the right answer or at least a plan of action with my plumbing projects. On one visit, they put some of their own labor into dismantling an old seized-up pool diverter valve for me to repair, and I didn't even end up buying anything from them that time! Be a bit patient with getting someone to help you, because they devote themselves to solving problems for their customers, and they may be finishing solving another problem before you came in the door. Recognize their shop for what it is: an expert repository, a wealth of experience and a warehouse that will find what you need.

I was referred by Pete from Taylor's Do It Yourself at Fairfield Shopping Center to come here because they didn't carry the part I needed at their store. And as a first time customer at Comet, their very welcoming, friendly and very helpful and I've felt that they exceeded my expectations as a customer and Pete was right! he assured me that they have the part I needed and gladly they have it and now the water pressure on our bathroom sink is working properly. Thanks Pete and Comet Plumbing Supply for your help. Saved me around $260+ for an easy fix kind of job. Awesome service from them.

My dad needed a specific part for a sink repair and was told to try Comet Plumbing Supply, as the part he needed was not carried at the big box stores. We looked online, but the price was pretty high for such a tiny piece! Thankfully, my dad was able to try out Comet and within a few minutes, an employee got him the part for almost half the price of online and even gave him advice on how to put the sink back together! My dad was so impressed and thankful that the service was so friendly, which is apparently hard to find nowadays. Comet has a TON of supplies for any plumbing projects, so definitely give this place a try if you're looking for any parts!

Be aware that the return policy is only 15 days. The manager did not even address me, just shook his head at the associate relaying my question. Poor customer service

The Staff here are all EXPERTS and extremely knowledgeable in all facets of plumbing. The men at the counter were very friendly and wanted to help me as soon as I walked through the door. Great customer service! I needed to replace a set of faucet bonnets that were no longer made. The Techs at Comet told me to save my money and that they would re-build the bonnets with new seals and mount screws and that it would take 30 minutes. Well in less than 15 minutes, I had both bonnets repaired and in hand. The cost came to less than 3.00! I love these guys!!!

The customer service here is good. Watch out if you get the wrong part 15 day return policy and no return without a receipt. Even if you can show the charge. It took them two weeks to find my part. It was the wrong part. The cost was $19.00 for two shower seats. My plumber came to fix my shower and informed me wrong seats. I went to take back. They would not take them back or exchange them for correct seats.
