Andrew the plumber and owner of company was easy to work with, very sincere and straightforward. Explained options re: sewer line ""belly"" due to 130 ft+ tall redwood tree roots, resulting in yearly sewer line blockage. I decided to have entire line replaced, with ""trench less"" placement done under redwood tree area to replace clay pipe. Fair price quoted. Excellent subs hired, side yard concrete walkway had to be removed, replacement concrete job very well done. Thank you, Andrew!

Had a plumbing emergency where our sewer/cleanout was backed up and causing glugging in the household toilets when flushing as well as the showers to back up.

Called and got an immediate, calm (appreciated in a shitty situation like this) response from Andrew who said he'd be here within an hour.

Andrew came and fixed the problem immediately and fed a camera through the pipe to see what caused the blockage. He also gave me a thorough understanding of my sewer situation which was much appreciated - infinitely better service than previous plumbers I've worked with to solve this in the past. All at a reasonable price, I'm grateful for the impromptu save on a Sunday.

We had just moved to our new place and the sewer lines kept backing up. We called Andrew at Comet who came with recommendations from multiple neighbors. He and his team were caring, meticulous, trustworthy and very professional.
They ended up fixing the pipes on the property and putting in a new clean-out with all the permits. Then we found out that there was collapsed pipes beyond our property line into the middle of the street. He got in touch with the city immediately and got them involved to fix their end of the issue which was very helpful, because some cities put the burden on the homeowner to fix that. All in all, a great experience. I would highly recommend them and would certainly use their services again.
