The handle on my kitchen faucet has been falling off for months and it was time to change the whole thing. I thought I was handy enough to replace it myself, but of course, I ran into issues right away. My house is older and the shut-off valves were not budging. I called Come and Plumb it and got an appointment right away. I had a new faucet and new shut-off valves the next day. Corey came out and was great! Super kind and clean, and everything was installed so meticulously. Great service, as always. I don't think I'll ever have any other company do plumbing work for me. Come and Plumb It is where it's at!

My opinion is that $372.06 is way too much to charge me to replace a cartridge on a single lever moen shower faucet that takes about twenty minutes . I emailed them twice to see if this was normal and have not received an answer.

Paige was in contact with me almost immediately then was contacted by Courtney who was just as sweet as she could be and very informative about the job. Cameron arrived way ahead of the scheduled time which was ok'd by me. He was very helpful and made some simple changes that will aid either me or someone else later in life. Cameron was very quick and did a very professional job. I highly recommend this company for anyone. Justin and Zach took great care of us! We saw their Instagram post PSA a couple weeks ago about not using wet wipes and low and behold we had that issue with our main line!

Bill just replaced the water valve in our front yard after we had a leak that flooded the area near the street. (Repair was not covered by utility company). Really impressed with Come And Plumb It. They were so kind and helpful on the phone and with getting an appointment set up, on time for the appointment and installation was great. I really appreciate the communication, explaining the issue and even explained what to do for typical issues (how to resolve a jam) and I even asked a few other questions and he gladly helped explain things. Top notch service and honest. I'm glad I booked with them--Zach came out the next business day, and clearly explained repairs and pricing. He didn't charge me for a simple drain fix and a couple of other inspection requests.
