I received a call from my tenant in Henderson that they weren't getting hot water after just a few minutes of running the water. The water heater is just a couple years old and has at least a ten year warranty so I went on Yelp and Chris sent me an email, seemed to say all the right things, was familiar with my situation, we texted, then talked and the rest is history. He made an appointment in less than 24 hours, arrived right on time and made all the repairs needed to the valve as well as additional corrections necessary to get the system working properly. Chris quoted a great and reasonable price that was important to me and didn't increase it once he saw there were a few extra things needing to be done. Wow Chris is amazing! My bf and I tried setting up our soft water system and needed help because it kept leaking when the system would reset. I put in a request on yelp and not even 5 min he replied to it. Gave him a call and he tried to help through a phone call. Then he decided to drive and stop by. He had it fixed and made sure it was good before he left. This man went above and beyond to help me out. I appreciate his help and glad I called him.

We woke up to a flooded front lawn and then some. Apparently a pipe burst so we turned off the water. Our landscapers did a quick fix so we could have time to get estimates from several plumbers. Chris was the first to come out diagnosed the problem and gave me a great quote. He took into consideration that I had wanted to get rid of our old softener as well. He was very knowledgeable and courteous how could you not just go with him. Of course I have to do my due diligence and get other opinions and quotes. Obviously Chris was by far the man for the job. Not only did he replace our main water line, fix the piping that burst, new shut off valve, regulator and other upgrades for less than what the other companies quoted he installed a new water softener as well all for a decent price. He even secured financing for us. He went above and beyond. Chris thank you again for your kind consideration and such a great job. We've found our go to plumber.
