Chris, message me detailed guideline on what to do without coming to our place to do a check , and offered to come if it won't work out. I did what he told me to and it works! Did not charge me for his advise. Who would do that? Other companies offered to send their people for $95 initial fee!

Chris is the best! I had quite the assortment of projects on a recently purchased home and Chris came by and inspected everything thoroughly. He did not just throw out a number but put together a thoughtful estimate that included all necessary repairs.
When he came by to do the work he was on time and finished everything despite a couple of missing parts on my end. I had thought I got everything but I was wrong but he got the parts for me.

My husband and I recently purchased an older home and when the new dishwasher we purchased was being installed, found there was no hole in the stainless steel sink for the air gap. Unfortunately, the plumber did not have the tool to cut a hole in the sink. We contacted another plumber and he suggested we replace the sink. This meant spending approx $400 for a sink and approx $500 for labor. Combat Water Solutions were recommended by my realtor as I recently moved and instantly had plumbing issues. Called first thing in the a.m. on a Monday and was pleased to get a commitment for first thing in the morning on Tuesday. A change in schedule had Chris from CWS at my house at 1:15 Monday. I contacted Rinnai, the tankless water heater manufacturer because I was getting error codes 11 and 12.
They told me to look on their website for plumbers. There were about 15 and I called six of them. Trip charges and diagnostic fees ranged from $69 to $190. Ouch! This didn't include any repair costs.
Finally I contacted Combat Water Solutions and spoke with Chris. He pretty much diagnosed the problem on the phone. I decided to go with him because he was the only actual plumber I had spoken to. All others were either phone operators or call centers.
We set up a time. He came out and verified the diagnosis and corrected the problem in short order and at a reasonable cost.
I highly recommend him if you have any problems with your Rinnai tankless water heater.

My main line water pipe was leaking. When I saw that, I had heard from a friend to give Combat water Solutions a call, so I did, he made an appointment the next day (Monday) and replaced the pipe in a few hours.
