You certainly do know who I am. You called my wife after you saw this review and stated, you saw the review "kit carson" put up, to her. So that statement you put on Google that you don't have a customer named "kit carson" is a lie. That is a name that I have on Google and I do believe you know how it works on Google and other social media sites-- you use other names to protect yourself. I'm not only a customer, I'm a paying customer for nothing. You told my wife you would be sending an estimate for tunneling under our house using strict OSHA standards. First, you will not be tunneling under our house. If you were to go under our house, you would be using the access panel I told you about that you snubbed your nose at. The hot water pipe that needs capping is not buried in the ground, it's attached to the underside of the house. You also said before you left as you slowly walked off that you won't be doing any work here so that estimate must be to legitimize the money you charged her. Again, you stole the money you took from my wife without doing any sort of work at all. I'm sure you can make a pretty penny going around taking seniors for a ride with just walking on to their property and then leaving to go to the next rip-off job.

Don't use this company. They are not right. Trust me on this. I read other bad reviews and he did and/or attempted to do the similar thing to me.

So I got in contact with a polite Evan who was able to send a guy out to unclog the stopped up bath drain quickly for $185.

I then gave him a list of problems for the next visit and he said it would be $129/hr plus a $40 trip charge even though I live in red oak which is near Waxahachie. Very pricey in my opinion. His total estimate was $500 for fixing these things:

1) Find out cause of leak from upstairs to downstairs and possibly fix right away
2)Replace toilet seat & cover
3)Reconnect dishwasher downstairs to water line 4)Water in commode stays running non-stop

Once I put my mind to it, i was able to fix everything by myself (except for the leaking pipe which no longer needed fixing since it stopped leaking after the bathtub got unclogged, just as I predicted) for less than $60.

In summary, he is pricey and was willing to estimate $500 for minor problems. Could have possibly cost me more. Comes across like he is out to make top dollar from clients and doesn't necessarily care about being affordable.

try not to use these guys I use once before it was okay. I use them recently in they were overpriced not very knowledgeable of the issue they can't dig. , check around before you use these guys... wasn't happy with their work super expensive they charge me for a small leak it supposed to be fixed I had to go back into research and find other leaks that they were not able to dig up and find, because...if they fees i was afriend they would end up chargeing thousands of $$$$...I'm a landlord of 14 properties and very knowledgeable....3/27/2019...it gets worse since then I've had to repair the entire line I dug up the area near the main where I was charged $325 for repair and I noticed no repair was ever done please do not use this company.

Great folk! Like most people in the neighborhood we had no hot water this morning thanks to a nice freeze. I called Combat around 0830 and they were able to work with my schedule and showed up same day! Now we got lucky in that the tankless had thawed out finally and we magically had hot water again but they stuck around to make sure all was working.

I can't appreciate how fast and flexible they were! Thank you, fellas!

I had a slab leak and these Men knew what to do and explained everything to me what was going to take place. Their experience of this problem was the best. No nonsense and straight to the point. They worked on my slab leak till it was completely done. They did an excellent job! I will hire and recommend them.
