During this current cold snap, our furnace had an issue (and on a Sunday nonetheless). My husband and I were 1,000 miles from home and needed instant service. I made a call on the road to Com24 and Jay was out within an hour. Fortunately it was a simple fix and it didn't cost an arm and a leg. We couldn't be happier with the service and lack of upselling. We will definitely be using them again. A million thank you's to the team for the incredible help in a pinch!!!

Decided to look for a new HVAC company and am I glad I did!! Com24 has so many 5 star reviews I had to check further. Jenna was a delight to talk to and it was evident they really care about their clients. I signed up for their membership program what is super for seniors like me. Had my AC and water heater serviced today by a terrific young man who also educated me on some things we really need to know about the systems. Thank you, Carl, for a terrific job!! I couldn't not be more pleased and if you need HVAC work just call Jenna and be prepared to be super pleased :-)

I was looking for a reliable company to clean our dryer vents and this company was highly recommended by a friend. They were very responsive and fair in their pricing. What I liked most of all was the fact that their technician, Jason, was a normal regular guy who I never felt was dishonest or a weirdo like some technicians can seem. He was very respectful and worked hard to complete the job.

During the coldest of days and during COVID-19, they came and quickly knew why we had no heat. Within 20 minutes, they were gone. Quick, respectful, honest, priced fairly, knowledgeable and professional! I cannot give higher praise. I would absolutely use them again. Jay is just fabulous.
My husband and I are full of titanium from spine injuries, so we get colder quicker and feel it deeper because of so much metal. We are warming up and so happy. Now we wait for more snow but our heat is on. Jay went above and beyond and that is what just guaranteed Jay, customers for life.

Guys did a great job and from start to finish on a furnace and were fantastic.. great value, professionalism and most important knowledgeable about their products and installation. Really couldn't be happier with the whole process. Being new to the area, it's not easy to decide who to use, but Com24 will be my first call for any AC/heating work..

My experience with Com24 was fantastic. Jason was fast to reply and professional. We needed a new furnace as ours had a cracked heat exchanger. Jason come in and was able to quote us a new furnace and have it installed in less than a week! That is amazing customer service and unheard of in today's market. Highly recommend Jason for your HVAC work!

I had an appointment scheduled with them and no one showed up or picked up the phone to explain. For a family business they do not seem to care about the customer. I took the day off to have them do the job and it is unprofessional after confirming day and time to be a no show.

This company is AWESOME!! We are in the process of selling our home and needed a minor clean up of our HVAC. We got an appointment super fast and I was very impressed with how professional the technician was.
