I had my Geo Thermal system unit serviced and cleaned. The service professional was just that. Faron was extremely knowledgeable , professionl and educational. The problem was fixed and the tips for me to look out for in the future were delivered in a very understandable way. First service call went fine, they fixed the wiring problem and had no problems for a couple months. Then my (very old ) furnace had a different problem and called them out again. This time I was not home and the service tech said it would be 6 to 800 to fix because the fan blower was Welded into place and could not be removed. This was a flat out lie but they still charged me 80 dollars. When I called back to explain they said they would look in to it. That was a week ago and have had no return phone call. It's ok my pregnant girlfriend has had to load firewood twice a day for a couple months now and I get to come home after working 60 hrs a week and make firewood

We had an extraordinary experience with this company. We had a Generac installed in July 2019. From setting up the appointment with the salesperson, Joe, to the electrician, David Stern from Stern Electric, to Jared who installed the unit and explained it ALL to us, to Shannon who called to schedule the inspection, to the man who called to see if everything went well, to the thank you gift of cookies sent to our door (never in my 60+ years have I ever received a gift from a company with whom I hired to do work for me) the people were sensational! As to the product, I will not know until it is needed... The price was competitive. My neighbor had one installed by Home Depot and he had to coordinate all the services including the electrician, plumber, and installer. It took days for him to get it completed. Colvin's coordinated everything and ours was installed in less than 5 hours. Although our unit was smaller than our neighbor's, I was extremely pleased with our price and knowing that if anything should not be working as expected, we have 24/7 service in case of need. Thank you, Colvin's.

Colvins installed our whole house Generac and transfer switch 4 years ago and have been providing our annual factory service. They were very thorough in sizing and locating our unit to fit our needs. The installation crew was well trained, licensed and professional. Their office staff is responsive and has always answered my annual service calls first time. We have never had any problems with our Generac or with Colvins service.

Colvins did a great job installing our new furnace. First off, this furnace replacement job required some tricky scheduling as I needed to travel from out of town and only had a small window (one day) to have this project completed. When I explained the situation over the phone, Amy at Colvins was tremendously pleasant and helpful--what a great asset to the company to have such a welcoming, professional voice to assist customers!

On the day of installation, the work crew showed up on time, talked me through what they would be doing, and were very efficient in getting their work done. They swapped out our 20+ year old dinosaur for a super efficient Rheem two-stage furnace, installed an easy-access air filter replacement door, and installed a new digital thermostat (bye-bye antique dial-type thermostat).

But in full disclosure, the install was not entirely flawless. While ascending our attic ladder to check a whistling noise in the ducting, the attic ladder was broken by the work crew, but I appreciated that they were up front about the accident, and they encouraged me to call the store to make arrangements for Colvins to assist with the cost of replacement--and, of course, Amy was exceptionally accommodating in this respect when I shared with her what had happened. And to top off the experience, a couple of days after the job was finished, I received an unexpected gift in the mail--an overnighted package containing a tin of cookies with a note from Colvins thanking me for choosing them. Well, thanks right back at you, Colvins!

All in all, my experience with Colvins was very positive, and I would confidently recommend their work.
