So here is the deal. We called this company and were told by their receptionist that they do in fact service fireplaces. When the tech showed up, he informed my wife that they didn't service fireplaces, but that she might has well do the other work she had told him about possibly doing because they were going to charge $185/ hr anyway just for the service call, for a service they don't even provide. Unless you are ok with companies that deceive their customers, I would stay far away from this company....

I had a back up and thought something was in my main drain line. They used a camera to see what was in there and the line was clear. They then replaced a rusted flange where the toilet was bolted to the floor. Which was nice and then they set the toilet and made sure it flushed. The work was good and the person was professional. My problem is that I was charged for an hour of work when the whole job took half an hour ($185.00 per hour) and $100.00 for using their camra for 5 minutes. My total bill was over $340.00 for half an hour of work, wow! I am not complaining about the work but the cost. I feel robbed. I do live in Kennewick contrary to what the review says.

They did a great job removing and installing new toilets in our new home. They also gave advice on flush options before installation which helped us avoid weak flushing toilets. We have quite a few kids and soon they will all be teenagers- the last thing we need would be low power flushers! :)

My wife and I had our washing machine died, but when we moved the washing machine we noticed that the water heater was leaking. So instead of replacing the tank type water heater, we decided to have it replaced with a tankless water heater. By now my wife and I were without any hot water for about a week (my fault). My wife that has arthritis and can not stand cold water, and therefore I received lots of complaints from her. I checked with several plumbers in the Tri-cities, but none of them could do the install until some time late the following week. As a result my wife got super mad at me. I called and talked to Megan Simona about my major problem, and because of her I got my system installed in the current week (just couple of days). Because of her my wife and I are happy again. The installation and its costs were very reasonable. They were very flexible, their price the installation was the same if I purchased the water heater from them or had them supply the hot water heater. However, I decided to have them supply the water heater, and it cost me $60 less than if I had purchased it myself.

Oh! The main reason for going to a tankless water heater was to free up space in the laundry room.

We are very happy with the installation and the two people that did it.

It is a great place to call for any plumbing work that needs to be done. Be sure to ask for Megan.

I had a broken drain pipe in the crawl space under the house. The plumber from Columbia Basin Plumbing arrived promptly and repaired the break quickly, effectively, and at a low cost. While he was under the house, he also attached some additional brackets to better support the drain pipes to help improve the drain flow. I was very pleased with the service.

The showed up within the short time frame they gave me. The truck was clean and orderly. The plumber was also clean, and he was friendly and helpful. The problem was fixed in short order. A quick and professional company that did the job right!

This is the best plumbing business in the tricities. They are knowledgeable and skilled with 20plus years experience. They are hard workers and most importantly are not into selling or adding additional costs to things or time spent (that doesnt actually need to be replaced or just to make an extra buck). They focus on the issue at hand and tell you truthfully what actually needs to be fixed and or replaced. They are a legit company you can count on. I highly recommend them! And will use them again in all my future plumbing needs.

I had this company install an RO system for me. The plumber was Jeremiah. He charged me for 2 hours and was only here for 1.5 hours. That in and of itself is not ok, but he also left me with a leak. His actual plumbing was fine, but the RO system itself had a leak and he did not check for that. I discovered it after he left. He could have stayed that extra half hour I paid for and actually checked the RO system for leaks. He checked his actual plumbing work, but the whole reason I hired a plumber to do this for me is because I didn't want to spend time fixing things myself. Which is exactly what I ended up having to do. Other things that warrant my 2 star rating: he tracked mud all over my house until he realized he was doing it and finally left his shoes outside. And he didn't measure the holes correctly for installing the RO system so he had to re-drill two new holes and I now have two holes in my cabinet that shouldn't be there. This house is an investment for me and crappy work that leaves me unsightly holes is not ok with me. I will not use this company again and I wish I hadn't used them in the first place.
