We bought a new house, the inspectors found some issues, they had colt plumbing come out to fix the problems, they came out to fix the issues in September and now it's November and we are having the same issue. I called them to come out and they said they will be out that same day around 4 and no one showed up or called, so when I called back he told me can I have someone closer to do the job. After 1600.00 in repairs I figured they would of fixed the problem and not have to come back out, so now we are stuck with a bathroom we can't use. Definitely won't recommend.

My oh my! I had a situation. I'm a single mother with not much knowledge on expenses or the severity of drain problems. From the summer flood, I became quickly introduced to basement drain issues. I was stressed! I called a company prior to them to give an estimate. He was about right in pricing but I wanted a second opinion. And I met Miguel. He was polite, knowledgeable and quick. The basement was a mess. He came through and handled it like a professional. It's my first time and I was impressed. It's the holidays and I was thinking off all kinds of scenarios. My faucet in my tub had been leaking and I called Colt Plumbing to fix the leak, my tub faucet is still leaking, called numerous of times with the promise that they would come back never did and now Miguel has GHOSTED ME! REALLY!!!!
