They were quick, polite and professional. Only comment is that they just clean out clogged lines. They cannot repair lift stations, or sump pumps. If this is your problem, these are not your guys to call. It will only net you a bill for $129. :-(

He explained what he had done to fix things, and then showed me that everything was back flowing and in working order. Plus gave suggestion to prevent future backups. This is by far the best place for all your needs in my opinion. First off I called them at 9pm and they were here within a hour was excellent. Second they are so nice Cody came in was extremely friendly which goes a long way in my book. Got the clog taken care of so we could shower in the morning. Excellent service. Strongly recommended.

They've earned a repeat customer! First of all I want to start by saying that after our kitchen flooded due to a severely backed up pipe somewhere in our walls, Colorado Sewer Service was the ONLY plumbing service out of the 6+ that we called that was able to see us TODAY. I'm not sure why HVAC/plumbers cant have more availability, after all when most people call them for help its usually a situation that needs immediate attention (flooding kitchen, heater went out on a cold day, water heater out and your entire family cant shower, etc.)

When we called to make an appointment they originally told us a 7pm to 9pm window when I called around 11am. I honestly didnt care that the window was that late, I was just thrilled that someone could come help us get our kitchen sink and dishwasher working again so we could use our kitchen. I also work from home so this was a huge distraction and I needed to get it fixed immediately.

After a couple hours had passed, Nico had called and let me know he was on his way (it was 4pm). I was shocked that they were early! Nico arrived and was super friendly. He snaked our line and found a grease clog about 25ft down our pipes. He was able to get everything fixed and working properly again within an hour! $169 was charged which was about $10-$30 more than their competitors, but for them to come out same day was worth it!

Hopefully we will not need your services anytime in the near or distant future, but when we do we will definitely be called Colorado Sewer. Top notch!

I can not say enough good about this company right now. We had a major stoppage issue on both toilets. I called today (Saturday) and within a few hours Alan was here. My husband is out of town and Alan was consultative and worked steadily until the whole sewer line was clear. He was professional and a very hard worker. Cleaned the areas and was sweet to my toddlers. They were more than affordable and it is SO APPRECIATED after feeling ripped off by several folks in recent months. EXCELLENT company. Five stars. Highly recommend!!!! Alan deserves a promotion! :)

Called Colorado Sewer Service on a Monday to see about having them come out and clean our sewer line due to tree roots being discovered during a sewer scope. They were able to come the very next day and at the earliest part of the 3 hour window! The tech was very friendly and clean; plus they have a 90 day guarantee on their work.

Would absolutely work with them again.

Called competitor first and I will only be calling Colorado Sewer Service from here on. First time working with them and Jake my technician was courteous and, very cognizant of keeping my overflow concerns to an absolute minimum. My efforts to release the blockage, I think I created more water on the floor than he did. VERY REASONABLE pricing and another great part, prompt. Numerous plumbing companies were days out but CSS was available same day without a RUSH too. Call em, hire em and you'll probably be writing a kudos too but, don't take my review for it. There are too many more to choose/read from.
