Poor customer service. We had a scheduled window between 8am - 11am, I planned to stay home from work. They called at 8:03am, I missed the call (was using the bathroom) and called them back right away at 8:08 (5 minutes later!!!). They said sorry since you didn't answer we had to re-route the driver to another location and now his day is too busy to make it there. Very rude on the phone and not willing to still accommodate the window I'd planned with them 4 weeks before. Don't trust them when they schedule a time for you. Very disappointed.

Many thanks to TJ and Tom for working on a Saturday night to clear a clogged kitchen drain. Service was quick, neat, professional, and informative. Colorado Sewer Service will be our go-to for future plumbing needs.

At the recommendation of a co-worker we used Colorado Sewer Service a couple years ago for a blocked main line. They were very thorough and professional. This morning we called for a main line cleaning. The lady who answered the telephone was abrupt and put us on hold several times. We asked if it would be possible to have the same technician service us again. She would not look up our account to see who that may be. She interrupted and talked over our explanation and requests. No matter how good the techs are apparently she is too busy to provide pleasant and competent customer service. We will find another provider.

We do an annual cleaning of our 110 foot residential sewer line and do not wait for problems to develop. For this purpose, we hired another company (initials RT) that found a blockage at the 105 foot point. The other company could not get through the blockage with their mediocre equipment and staff that seemed to have mediocre abilities. Colorado Sewer was called, and from other reviews, we specifically asked for Norman since he was mentioned several times on this site. Norman is a gem and knows his business. He happily explains every step of what he is doing if one is interested. While he did get stuck just briefly in the beginning, in very short time, he had our line open saving us thousands of dollars in likely repair costs. While Colorado Sewer does offer 24/7 coverage at no extra charge, the more experienced techs work mostly 8:00 to 5:00 Monday to Friday, and that is probably the best time to call them if one can wait. For many years, I had used a very good company called Del's Irish Drain until they disappeared from the market. I learned that Colorado Sewer originated from Del's. If I had known that, I would have gone to Colorado Sewer a lot sooner. From this point on, I expect to be a lifetime customer of Colorado Sewer and will look forward to their service in the future.

Was at a King Soopers and they had 3 handicapped spots taken with 2 trucks and a cone in one of them, they didn't need 2 trucks to do the job and when I asked them why they are taking up the spots they shared they had to and they did not have to. They were breaking Colorado Law and didn't care and the two employees shared they didn't care what I thought either. I am disabled and my husband from serving our country. YES We are both Veterans and yet they still didn't care and excuses for their behavior. VETERANS DO NOT USE THEM..... THIS COMPANY DOES NOT CARE IF YOU SERVED YOUR COUNTRY AND DISABLED.

Perhaps they may be good plumbers, however, I had the unfortunate experience of a run-in with one of them as he was driving, and proceeded to tailgate me a half inch off my bumper until I was able to get away. Definitely won't bother using or recommending your business for any reason.

I gave Colorado Sewer Service one star, because Yelp won't let me give negative stars.

The good: I called them first thing in the morning to help unclog a backed up sewer line. They answered immediately and I got an appointment within hours. The tech called when he was on his way and was at my house within twenty minutes of the call. They did not attempt to charge me for their incompetance.

The bad: The techs that came to my house were lazy and incompetent. They were unable to find the clean-out for the sewer, which another plumber found within minutes. After not finding the existing clean out, they proceeded to list all of the reasons they couldn't find another way to unclog the sewer line. These two were clearly not problem solvers. Every option they listed - going through the roof, the toilet, etc. - was simply not possible for them. They were practically walking out my front door as they explained why no work was going to happen.

As I write this, I have another plumbing company doing the work Colorado Sewer Service was incapable of doing. The new plumber found the clean out, almost immediately. When the clog persisted, despite going through the clean out, he proceeded to remove the toilet to get to the clog. Obviously, the job was quite possible for someone who actually wanted to do the work and was competent to do it.

Colorado Sewer Service was a real disappointment.

Literally the 5th or 6th plumber I called. These guys answered at 6:30pm, and had someone out to the rental house within about an hour. They cleared the main sewer line and a separate clog. They were a little pricier than other options - and they change the same regardless of evenings/weekends. However, if you consider the nightmare I experienced trying to get someone there, and to just do the simple work, I would say these guys were a real blessing. Thanks guys!

This company was at my house in about 1 hour after calling them on a Friday afternoon! Talk about service! My plumbing issue was fixed very quickly and the plumber was very respectful and courteous. Thank you!

We called Colorado Sewer Service to come take a look at a kitchen sewer pipe and possible grease trap leaking into the front yard. They came the same day - the Friday of Memorial Day weekend. Jake J., the technician, was amazing! He gave an initial diagnosis to the problem and suggested a less-costly fix than what we had originally called Colorado Sewer for (and a service they don't provide). We decided that would be our long-term plan, but wanted to see if we could see what was going on in order to buy ourselves some time before taking on the project. (It was less expensive, but would have been labor-intensive for my husband.) Jake and my husband worked together to uncover the problem and then - amazingly, out of sheer luck - cleared it! Moreover, the charge for the service was incredibly reasonable! I hope we don't ever need a drain cleaner / sewer scope again, but if we do, we're calling Colorado Sewer and asking for Jake J!
