I just wanted to give out a big shout out to Colorado Sewer Services - they are just one of the best vendors I have ever used. We had an unfortunate sewer backup in 2020 and I've used them a few times to snake the pipes. Their customer service is always top notch and always very prompt to come out. But we were having an unexplained leak in a basement toilet today and I spoke to one of the owners, Sean, and he personally came out to check things out. He was truly amazing and they truly stand by their work. I highly recommend them if you need your lines scoped or cleaned out.

I had good service from Colorado Sewer when the main drain started to back up. Everything started to drain real slowly, then water backed up from a basement drain and a shower stall in the basement.

They came out about 24 hours later and cleaned out the main sewer line. There were some tree roots creeping into the line which they cut out. Price was $199 and they didn't try to upcharge us. Everything has been draining quickly and without issues for 4 months now. They recommended getting the line checked periodically for tree root encroachment.

Once again needed their excellent service! Noticed the basement toilet in my parents house wasn't flushing properly and the shower had grit and a smell coming out of the drain. Called and got an appointment for Monday between 3-6pm. The super-friendly and efficient receptionist told me I could call Saturday at 6:30am for a first come, first serve appointment.

I called at 6:31am and was placed on the list. At 7:15am the technician, Matt P. called and said he was on his way.

Matt was very professional, knowledgeable, personable and very efficient. He immediately got to work and made sure to cover all areas with tarps in order to keep them clean. Definitely found a clog that if not corrected soon would have been a major problem.

He cleaned up all areas afterwards and the cost was very reasonable with a senior discount! Problem solved and no more clog and smells!

This is my go to company for these types of problems and I have them on speed-dial!

I have used Colorado Sewer service pretty much exclusively for 3 decades until now. I am a small landlord and They seem to be not interested in small landlords. I tried to engage their services today 6/26/23, they again purged my name from the customer list, yes this has happened before. I have had an establish relationship with them over the years and always paid them on time . She wanted to set up another account today and as a landlord I use a P.O box which I have used for years but she wanted my home address which I refused and asked her if I could pay for services online but she still wanted a physical address , keep in mind I did business with then for 3 Decades. I told her that I wanted to find another company tha t would accommodate me and their attitude was they absolutely don't care . so if you are a residential homeowner, beware, their customer service is below average. I will say that over the years the technicians the use have been good.

They came here quick. They were courteous. The drain clearing was effective. The technician, Jake, was even concerned that he cleaned up completely before he left, which he did. The invoice has all the information needed to get reimbursement from the HOA. What more could you ask for?

We had a clogged kitchen sink drain that I had spent several hours trying unsuccessfully to clear. I called Colorado Sewer Service and in about an hour one of their plumbers, George M., showed up and and cleared the drain right away. They were very professional, polite and charged me a reasonable price. I highly recommend them.

This company is fantastic. Honest, reliable, and competent. I lived with backed up sewage in my basement for almost two weeks as I struggled to find an honest and reliable service. I was quoted prices from $500-$7,000 (because of course a portion of my outdoor line needed to be dug up and replaced).

Finally got a recommendation for these guys and they were amazing. Showed up within 2 hours, charged what they quoted, said there was nothing wrong with my pipes and - most importantly - cleared my line! Save this info in case your ever need someone good and reliable.

Another note, they never asked me for a favorable review on any site. Of course I'm posting my appreciation everywhere anyway.

We contacted Colorado Sewer Service after having another local sewer service company help us with a pipe obstruction in our home sewer. The other company did a great job in determining where the blockage was; however, after multiple attempts they were not able to completely remove the blockage.

We called Colorado Sewer Service on a Monday (late afternoon) and requested their high-pressure jetting service. We spoke with Monica who was personable and professional. She was able to schedule the service the following morning which was very appreciated.

On the day of the service, they contacted us to let us know they were about 45 minutes out from the appointment. When they arrived, Coleman (and another gentleman) were professional and friendly. They took the time to determine what other services we had previously attempted to help us with the obstruction and they took care in handling the high-pressure jetting in our home. They were quick, thorough, and Coleman took much time in answering our many questions about the service and the future care of our pipes, etc.

We appreciate everything they did to help us with this very unpleasant situation at our home. They were professional, friendly, and very patient with us. Highly recommended!
