Our water was turned off until a leak at the main sprinkler hook up could be fixed. After leaving a message with 2 other Handyman businesses I reached Tim and he came after finishing up another job. He did a great job, had the parts available in his trailer/workshop and also changed batteries in 5 smoke detectors, as my ladder was too short. His pricing was reasonable and he was a very nice young man. The outside work was done in 105 degree heat.

I took a chance and called at 11:30 pm when my electrical breaker went out on my air conditioner in a rain storm. The owner answered his phone and was at my house within 20 minutes. Got my panel back up and running so my kids had AC during the hot monsoon season. And his price was beyond fair. I recommend him everywhere I go now. and fixed in no time. Total cost was $40 more than others price was just to show up!
