I was not impressed with the overall experience. We had an appointment for 1pm but they did not arrive until 245pm. We asked for an installation of two bathtubs and a sink fixture. I didn't think I would have to help with the install but with only one person coming for the installation I had to help put the tubs into place. The tubs were not installed properly and had to be worked around by my crew prepping the walls and the team installing the marble shower walls. Some of the plumbing had to be reworked by another company in order to get our walls properly installed. I thought, based on seeing all of the reviews the experience / quality would be better. The price was good that was a plus I suppose.

I called a few companies for a dishwasher install. This company said they would come to my home to provide me with an estimate, but that if I did not decide to work with them I would have to pay a $20 fee for the consultation. Then they quoted me $360 for a the installation, almost 2-3 times what I would have paid a contractor from Lowe's or Home Depot. Because I had tenants moving in days later, and no other plumbers were available in the timeframe that I needed them, I forked over the cash and they did the work right away, which was great.

The work was they did on the dishwasher was good, but I needed something else done with a water line that required me to arrange to have the water shut off to my building, which required me to involved the management company and coordinate a time between the plumber, building and tenant. After I made my appointment and the arrangements to have the work done, a couple days later I got a Voicemail saying they had confused my appointment time, and given me a new time during the weekend when it is impossible to shut the water off to the building.

My impression after working with this company is that they will do good work for you if it's convenient for their schedule, and if you are willing to pay top dollar. I am disappointed with the level of professionalism experienced for the price I paid, and do not feel like this company is one I can count on again.

We weren't getting hot water in our shower and I called Colorado Plumbing Solutions and spoke with April, who was very nice and accommodating. She explained there was a $29 fee for the service call. Jonathan came by and quickly fixed it. Instead of making it more than it was or charging us an arm and a leg, he just charged us the $29. I'm so thankful and impressed by him. We will definitely keep their number and will call when we need any other plumbing done. I highly recommend this company. Thank you Jonathan!

So I had Colorado Plumbing Solutions install a hot water 4 years ago - they were great, had a reasonable price and were a pleasant service provider to deal with. All good until the hot water heater decided that I needed to be reminded of what living in the 19th century was like. Fortunately, the thing was still under warranty and I contacted Jonathan - figuring that the parts would be covered but not the labor. So began a 5 day saga that caused Jonathan to have to be out to my house almost every day - including over the weekend. He replaced pretty much every part of the water heater (in retrospect, we probably could have just replaced the whole thing and called it a day), was unfailingly polite, showed up on time and let me know by phone or by text what was going on. As of last night, we've returned to the present day - hot water!!! I am pretty certain that CPS lost money on this situation, but am so thankful that they were willing to commit to great customer service. I will never call another plumber and will be happy to tell anyone that will listen that this is the service provider to use. CPS is awesome and I can't recommend them enough.

All the folks are wonderful here! From scheduling with April to Job Completion, I've had nothing but a great experiences with them on multiple occasions. They are one of those companies that you save in your phone and no longer shop anyone else :)

Fully recommend! We were in search of a new/upgraded water heater. We did our research and reached out to four plumbers/companies in the area for quotes. Their quote came right in line with the smaller plumbing companies (vs the big logo trucks) and our guy was very knowledgeable and professional. We actually wanted the more production high recovery water heater than a smaller one. (Meaning, they didn't try and sell us something we didn't need) They were able to install the same day in about two hours! They hauled the other one away and went over the functions and how to flush it. We now enjoy more than 20 minutes (total) shower time our old 40 gal (32gal) provided us.

This company knows how to hustle! I called at 12:30 in the afternoon on Friday to help with an install of a new faucet and the lady who schedules booked me on Monday. I asked if something opens up sooner, please let me know and sure enough, a guy came by at 5pm and finished the job in less than 30 minutes. They offered a military discount. I paid, what I feel, is probably a reasonable going rate for what I had done. I recommend them, especially for those who live in Englewood (80110, 80113).

This is the second time I've used this company and I highly recommend them. Calls are answered right away, they set a specific time (not a window of time) and call before they come. The problem I had yesterday was fixed quickly and Jonathan also answered another question that I had about plumbing at no charge. Thanks Colorado Plumbing Solutions!

We had Jonathan install 2 toilets and do a couple other minor things for us after moving into a 28 year old house. His communication was great from start to finish (from the original response on Yelp to the day he was coming out). He even called the day before to make sure we were still on. Anyhow, Jon was very cool to work with, and he did a beautiful job with our installations, ensuring the the surrounding flooring looked perfect. You can't tell that these toilets weren't installed at the same time as the flooring was installed. His pricing was very fair as well.
I also inquired about another project we want to do down the road, probably a year from now at least (adding a sink in our finished basement). And even though the job isn't going to be done for a while, he took the time to investigate the walls, crawlspace, etc and gave me an accurate estimate. Usually you get the ""call us when you're closer to doing it, and we'll talk about it then"". But Jon treated that conversation like it was something we wanted to do next week. So we'll definitely be using him again when it's time to do our basement sink.

Anyhow, I'd highly recommend Jonathan for anything you need...in a timely manner, competitive costs, and a cool guy to have in your house for a few hours. :)

The plumber was almost a hour late. The plumber spent maybe ten to fifteen minutes unclogging the toilet with a tool if I had myself I could have unclogged by myself. Quoted me one price on the phone and overcharged me to boot. Charge you for just showing up and not applying it to the bill. Would not give me a receipt and told me they would send me one to my web address. Never got that receipt. Typical crooks! I am a senior citizen who has been cheated again.
