Some neighbors recommended we use Colo DrainMaster when we had a backed-up toilet at the end of the season at our summer cabin. Since we live several hours away, Mr. DrainMaster offered to check the septic tank and lines from the outside so we didn't have to make a special trip up. While we still had to come up, we very much appreciate that kindness and attempt to save us time and money. After several diagnostic tests, he fixed the problem, then helped us finish winterizing [suggesting yeast in place of other septic chemicals, and ensuring we had enough moisture for the yeast, balanced with enough antifreeze to keep the pipes from cracking]. He then consolidated the costs and downplayed his time to save us from an exorbitant bill. All this with a friendly demeanor and a ""look out for each other"" local mentality that means we'll definitely be using Colorado DrainMaster in the future for our plumbing needs!

I highly recommend Colorado Drainmaster (303) 674-9350 in Bailey. Skylar and Kade were here the same day I called for service. My utility sink downstairs was totally clogged up and wouldn't drain at all so we couldn't run any water in the upstairs kitchen sinks either since the previous owner didn't plumb the utility sink correctly. I will have these guys back every other year to keep the drains clear. They were professional, courteous and efficient. They had my drain cleared in 30 minutes. Reasonable price too. We had a kitchen drain clog on a Sunday evening. I tried to unclog it myself (removed P trap and ran a small snake) to no avail. We called Colorado Drainmaster at 8:00AM on Monday and they were out at our house at 10:30AM. The scheduler was courteous and helpful, keeping me informed of their arrival time. 'Sky' and his helper got right to work and had the drain unclogged in about 10 minutes even though it was 15 feet down in the pipe. They were clean and courteous and very professional. They cleaned up after themselves and even tightened a loose garbage disposal that I didn't even know was a problem. Their rate was very reasonable and even better after I was offered a senior discount (hey, I'll take it!).

I would definitely use them again if I have a need. Would also recommend them without reservation to anyone who needs plumbing services.

Had a line blockage and a cleanout cap pop off. Called Brian & he was here within an hour. Ran a drainsnake, cleared the clog & charged an extremely fair price. Brian is apparently a one man show. He's a hard-working, honest, personable guy, who is getting recommend to everyone I know.
