Pete and Jay were awesome! They helped with a water heater malfunctioning... they tested everything and gave me options for both repair and replacement. I ended up going the replacement route due to the water heater being 17 years old. Pete and Jay were able to install the new water heater the next day first thing in the AM and all under 90 min. Definitely recommend!

We realized at 2AM that our heat wasn't working anymore. I sent a message through their site, at 6:45AM they responded and asked if 8-10AM was going to work for us. At 8:40AM they called and let us know they're 10 minutes away. They identified the issue we were having, showed us EVERYTHING they were doing, explained what each part was, and were very professional. It is obvious that this company is all about the customer, rather than trying to cut corner or do repairs that aren't needed. We will definitely be using them for all of our AC and furnace needs in our house. They even drained our hot water heater while they were waiting around. Who does that?!

We discovered our water heater was leaking in the morning. I looked for companies with solid reviews and decided to give this company a call for an estimate. They offered the best warranty in town and they were able to come out same day to replace our hot water heater - and actually got here 2 hours earlier than planned! Alyssa was very helpful, and Pete and Jay were professional, polite, and efficient throughout the install. It's never any fun to have to pay for this stuff, but Colorado Comfort Heroes made the process painless.

our heater and water heater went out over the weekend. These guys came in on Weds of that week, and replaced the water heater, and fixed the heater, all while providing us with a number of viable options to help us decide how much we needed to spend. The guys were knowledgeable, well spoken, polite and took care of everything effectively, in just one day.

I scheduled an appointment for a leaky pipe under my deck. I was told a job went longer than they had anticipated so I rescheduled my appointment for the next day. The guys did get here and were able to locate the source of the leak and repair it. They were always in communication with me as to when they would be able to make it to my home and were very professional. I will definitely use them again.
