Called these guys this morning because furnace was not working properly. Guys were here within 15 minutes. Tested furnace and did a minor adjustment. Did not charge me for coming out. CALL them if you need help.. HONEST!

These guys are fabulous. I have used them twice. First time our garbage disposal quit working. I called and got a real, live person. They had just had a cancellation and drove over directly from where they were when I called. They picked up a replacement on the way and in half an hour I had a working disposal.

The second time they cleaned my furnace and air conditioning system. No dirt tracked anywhere, everything looking almost new when they were done.

Great attitude, highly skilled, not looking to upsell. First time a person cleaning my furnace didn't try and lock in my business with a ""maintenance plan"". The simple locked in my business by doing an outstanding job.

It's great when you find a company that actually has a work ethic and scruples. We found that with David at CMS. He gave a fair estimate and his price came in quit a bit under one of the other estimates I got. After talking to him at length, I felt comfortable hiring him for a rather pricey installation job. He and his helper got the job done in less than two days and we are very happy with the results. I cannot recommend CMS enough and would be happy to answer any questions for you.

These guys (David and Norman) were amazing. Service was fast and efficient. They were never pushy and explained every step of their process to us. Their dealings with us were polite and respectful. They showed us the back of our old water heater after it was pulled out and the seam was bursting! We could've had a major explosion in our basement. Cost was reasonable too. Where do I begin? Dave and Norm went above and beyond expectations for us. Our water heater broke on a Saturday morning. Dave said the earliest they could be to our house was Sunday morning. They called and texted us Sunday morning at 9:00am. After we realized we had a high efficiency water heater they called one of their suppliers in the area to open their shop so they could get the correct one. The person never returned their call. They called another supplier in Denver, who said he could open his shop for them. They drove all the way to Denver to pick up the correct water heater! A lot of repair companies either aren't open on weekends or charge a large sum for weekend visits. They got back to our house and installed the water heater. For some reason the CO2 sensor wasn't working so they found out Home Depot sold it. They went and picked up a new sensor. After everything was said and done their Sunday started at 9:00 and didn't end until 7:30! They apologized several times for taking so long but we apologized for it being so cumbersome. They were professional, courteous and polite. They also offer a 10% military discount. We now have hot water! They also do electrical and HVAC repairs besides water heater repairs. We will definitely be using them again for next spring for our furnace and water heater maintenance.
