If there was a negative mark I would pick that! Don't hire Calvin! We bought a new water heater from him last May. When he showed up the new unit had a dent. He said it was small and cosmetic and wouldn't affect it. Dumb me believed him. December 2020 it quit working. We couldn't relight it. Called him and he replaced the valve. Still wouldn't light. He said he could light it with a torch and it would be fine. I said no way replace the igniter. He said doesn't have part but will order but we would have hot water. Now a week and no part. I went into the storage room with the heater today and smelled gas. Called him and left message. He finally called and said shit off the gas and he would try to come tomorrow. NO WAY! I said some choice words and have a good company coming and they immediately got a technician here due to gas smell. Don't hire him!!! I learned my lesson!!!
