Since my original review we have had to replace both HVAC systems in the house. Plus we've had some drain issues to resolve. Colonial has always been timely and complete. We couldn't happier with the two new systems we have. Highly recommend l.

After ur pump went down we needed to call professionals. We chose Colonial for their reputation and integrity. After installing the pump,they were called because we had air before the pump was installed & now absolutely nothing. Not only did they come back again,but they continued until all's problems were addressed. We've never seen such professionalism and expertise at such a great rate. Workers wert neat & polite,secretary was knowledgeable and effective. Thank you Colonial plumbing &heating!

I don't know why I keep going to this business for my plumbing needs in this old shack but I do. I'm going to tell you why.
Whenever I call them, the receptionists-Opal and Teresa are so nice. They work with you and are compassionate.
Brandon came out today and he remembered me from when he came out here before. Everything is working fine now in my bathroom and thank you very much Brandon.
Keep up the good work and looking out for your customers. Peace and love to you all there.

Maybe we were the one off, but I'm surprised at the bad reviews. We had a fabulous experience all the way around. They scheduled our estimate quickly. Frank gave us a fair price. A week later we had an awesome new instant water heater. The crew was timely, professional, and got done hours early. We won't hesitate to use them for all our needs. Good grief they even swept up after - and probably got more pet hair than their mess! Lol

I had a leak on Thursday night and called Colonial Plumbing Friday morning. They could only get me in after hours. That was fine because I expected the issue to be fixed and not have to deal with it again. I paid an awfully lot for the problem to only resurface again not even six months later. It turns out their solution was only a band aid. I wish that I had known how they operate before I paid hundreds of dollars for the problem to not even be solved. Now I have to repeat the whole process again. This time I will be sure to use a company that doesn't rush in and out and rip me off.

Had this guys came to my house to fix my clogged toilet and bathtub and I regret not taking the warnings listed on the reviews.
First of all the bathtub was draining slowly but it was still working. The first plumber came and attempted to fix it but achieved nothing and I was charged over $500.00 for the use of equipment and coming over my house.
I called the office and was told a second plumber will come and fix it right this time for no extra charge, their best plumber supposedly.
Soon as this expert arrived the first thing he looked at was the bathtub and proceeded to turn on the water, I would say about a %20 percent and of course that amount of water drains. He looks at me and said that it was working fine that the previous plumber fixed it, so I turned the water all the way up %100 and the water started to back up. He goes outside takes a quick 3 minute look, I don't know what he looked at in that small amount of time but he comes back in and says that I need to replace the pipes that goes towards the shower head which is the reason why the water is not draining properly and gives me an estimate of about $500.00 again...
At this point just out of curiosity I ask if with this my problems will be solved and he tells me that in the plumbing business there's no way of knowing the exact problem that I would have to continue to make repairs into we find the problem and I imagined I will continue to get charged into we accidentally find the actual problem.
I called the office and indeed they were planning on charging me over and over again. Of course at this point I said no, I could tell this were no real plumbers.
I never got any of my money back for the first plumber who came and did absolutely nothing.
Bottom line this people are just pretending to be plumbers. Do not waste your time and money with them!

This company works after hours. And they are honest people. I called on the Saturday before Christmas. They have an answering service and the plumber called me back. I explained the problem and the plumber called my tenant to assist with the issue. By phone the tenant (with plumber's instruction) were able to do a reset on the Apollo hot water heater. The plumber did not have to do a service call; therefore, no charge. I will use this company again. I have also used this company for a stopped up drainage line. They arrived within two hours and took care of the problem. Can I give them 6 stars?

Excellent semi-annual maintenance visit by Mr Orlando. He always arrives on time and pays close attention to all details related to our HVAC system. Communicates any issues well and consistently makes sound recommendations.
