Colonial plumbing has alway done right by my us - Tim has always done excellent work - alway accommodated our renters - call and they are available quick and do a fine job - read negative reviews and I can't understand- plumbing is a skill - I prefer to have a old timer who doesn't rush - I much rather have someone that does the job right the first time- you know what you father always said"""" you get what you paid for """" - or at least my wise father said -it's true - I've had budget plumbers before and they ended up costing double because the treated the symptoms and not corrected the problems for my renters and my personal home- so I got smart - just have it done right the first time - believe it or not - you'll end up paying a lot less in the long run- don't take the old timers for granted- they forgotten more the the young ones know . Thanks guys keep up the great work. Sam and I are always happy with their work!

They sent out an older plumber (T) to do the job. He was a nice guy, but the problem was-he worked at such a slow pace that he ran up a HUGE bill that was three-four times more than what other plumbers have charged for the same job. Do NOT use this company!!!!

Like other reviews elsewhere have said, they send out an elderly plumber who takes an extremely long time to do anything and then they charge a completely unreasonable price. It took the older plumber over an eye to change the toilet mechanism in the back,,,totally unacceptable.

They were here within an hour and done in an hour. Tim was exceptionally nice. Only charged for service call. Would recommend

If you want to pay MUCH MORE than any other plumbing company, use this sorry place. They sent out this really old guy who worked extremely slowly and ran up my bill to a ridiculous level.

Three hours breaking our wall and concrete floor and then they got a better tool. Put in a cut off switch closer to house when we didn't ask for it. We had a ding in one pipe, but they replaced another pipe too- breaking into the wall with the wrong tool but deny that. Dug a hole much deeper than needed. Hours added of labor when their fault but we paid for it anyway. Never again. Sent a message to them through Facebook with no answer. Left us with two buckets-ours- of concrete debri. What do we do with that?

goddamn i ve never written a review in my damn life but I need to vent. We called Colonial plumbing last week. They send us an old timer Tim who s older than my plumbing pipes. This fella was friendly and courteous but he moved at the speed of dark. I didnt appreciate being slapped with a few hundred dollar bill when a young plumber could have done that in half the time. Wont be calling Colonial ever again. If you do dont request old timer Tim unless you got extra money to burn.

You might want to stay away from this company. They are way over priced. My mistake was not asking for a price before they did the work. All I needed was to have a new sink hooked up. Not only almost an hour late and only took just just over an hour to do the job using about $ 5 dollars worth of PVC they charged me $384 dollars. Plus they did not emphasize the bill. Stay away from this company.
