Rude on the phone for an estimate. Not helpful at all. Doesn't charge by the hour but by the job but when asked what the cost of the specific service would cost, could not say, even with specific details given.

Two plumbers came very quickly. So response time was above average. Price was really unexpected two faucet installs, including drain, and two water line hookups. Took 1.75 hours or less. Costed $907.38. Which is $519 per hour. Further, as you can see from the breakdown, no real explanation of itemization. I'm in the wrong profession apparently. They also hooked the hot and cold up backwards in the bathroom (Quality). This was thanks to your apprentice whom was not very well coached. How about getting back and fixing what should have been correct in the first place. Your business is not an hour and half round trip to my house btw, 17min. Called back for them to come fix my hot and cold they reversed. 30day warranty out so he said it would be another service charge on my dime. How much sense does that make your screw up me pay for it yeah OK makes a ton of sense. Then says when you want to schedule it. I said I will pass and he laughed. Come on man where is the common decency. You did it wrong fix it. I see you would ""gladly fix"" the problem if I contacted you. Yeah gladly charge you a service fee to fix our mistake I would gladly want that to if I were you all. Called back just to ask why he would gladly repair his issue but then want to charge a service fee. He said I would if it was under warranty. I said do you think that is fair. He said I do. This is not something that broke it is something your apprentice screwed up. No it is absolutely not fair. Did call back and offer to fix with stipulations [sorry just dont get it] What contract please enlighten me?

There advertise free estimates cost me $170 dollars. Buyers beware of the bate and switch.

Sink strainer leaking onto piping into undersink cabinetry. Called CCPS at 1. Advised they'd be here between 3-5, They called at 1:30 to see if they could come do the job. YES! Arrived at 2, completed replacement in 20 minutes for a truly fair price. Happy to refer David and Tony from CCPS for their service!

These guys are amazing! They came out same day as I called and kept me informed if they would be late. They had to install a new toilet, but ran into water problems from my house. The guys stayed to figure out the problem. They even checked under the house for leaks. They truly went out of their way to make sure everything was working properly! I can't thank them enough, I am definitely referring everyone to them!!

Extremely expensive. I needed a waste water pump replaced. I replaced it myself five years ago. The pump is $150 and takes no more than an hour to replace. A quote of $300 would have been reasonable. Colonial capital miraculously had a last-minute cancellation and said they would do my job for $975. Outrageous and they should be ashamed.

Our first water emergency. Broken outdoor hose faucet. Called the
company and arrived within one hour. Pleasant, respectful and let
us know upfront what the cost would be. Offered a senior discount as

Called for an estimate to move a laundry room and re-plumb a house. The person who answered the phone (turned out to be the owner) said it would be $85 for an estimate. I then asked for an ballpark to do a 1000 sq ft house. Reasonable question - is it going to be closer to $2000 or 5,000. His response, very rudely spoken, we don't do that and hung up the phone. Very happy to not have met this individual in person. I hope he was just having a bad day and is not always so rude and miserable.
